He's standing with Law and Order. He's doing his job to educate the people. I don't know much about him. That being said, at this time... in that situation... This act is far braver than most can realize!

Officers may not create a threat to eliminate a threat. Jeopardy. LEO policy violations are strong evidence the force was unreasonable. Impartial investigation is essential, or 1 & 2 disappear. Law enforcement order is the strongest “hide your own” culture on the planet.
