Someone in AUS should make a graph that tracks the amount of females in govt leadership positions to growing nanny state.

Man, I love just doing stuff. Like turning my own flat into a grow space, and making soil for plants and trees over the last three years because I don't own land of my own.

Interesting take on Australia. For the most part agree, huge Nanny state, but a loveable one. But excellent point: when does protecting the population turn into preventing it. This is exactly how many Australians feel. Government over reach is stifling productivity, simultaneously taking more taxes.

Living in South Africa IS taking a risk. That's not the country you want to hold up as an example.

The Aussie acceptance of the Covid totalitarian over reach was terrifying to witness. They like to talk a big talk, but they are often sniveling boot lickers.

Can confirm. Absolute nanny state. The authorities think they can do anything to anyone and will ruin your life without a second thought.

When applying for a visa for Australia, and asked for a criminal record, I couldn't help but ask if it was still compulsory.

It's sorta like a nanny state, except I loved my nan. I don't love the cunts running this bullshit prison though.

For the first time in a long time, South Africans that have historically disagreed on just about every subject are also now united in telling nay-sayers to go kick rocks.

Agreed. ๐Ÿ‘ I love this man๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป My response..โ€ฆ How dare they fine him! He should have recโ€™d some sort of recognition for the amount of courage this took,.. I love that he thought.. โ€œfuck it, I want to view the world like a bird, in comfort!โ€ And so he didโ€ฆand lived thru it. Good for him! ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธโœŠ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘

Australia has become a woke nanny state of a country and under Labor it's getting much worse. Many people with brains and money are leaving are starting businesses in other countries. This guy is 100% correct, and I follow him of YouTube.

New Zealand follows a close second for nanny status. The natives are split between those who are saying Enough and those traitors that are funded by the jailers. Govt trying to set every one against each other. Same old same old

๐Ÿ’ฏโ€” I left for all those reasons and more. But I would argue that every commonwealth country is just as bad. Canada may be the worst. Aussies have become unbearably woke, lefty slaves who are entirely reliant on the state, and willingly allow themselves to be policed for everything. Itโ€™s sad not to be able to call your country home anymore. But whatever.

Have you forgotten how insanely officious SA was during Covid? 2 people got shot for not wearing a mask, hell, SA banned alcohol and cigarettes because "bad"... Come on, like Australia but with better beer.

I swear since covid people have latched on to this idea of Australia being nothing but convicts and jailers and have just been running with it. It's total horseshit.

Most of what he says is good - but completely undone by using the example of the low flyover over Cape Town stadium. Risking your own life- fine, whatever. but putting 50,000 spectators lives at risk for a promotional stunt is stupid and irresponsible.

This is why Nortern and Southern Rhodesia were so great. Everyone who was there was there by choice and trying to better themselves and their families. People from all over the world bringing positive energy and their unique cultures. What a vibe to grow up in.

๐ŸŽฏ 'Freedom to fuck up' is THE necessary element of freedom. If you're so hedged about with regulation that risk is impossible, it is the death of innovation (and of its rewards for everyone not just the innovator). Been saying this for years.
