This Smoothie King employee stayed so calm during one of the most awkward customer meltdowns. A customer comes up complaining that her smoothie wasn’t blended properly. Instead of just accepting a refund, she starts recording the whole interaction, insisting the employee confirm out loud that she “couldn’t” make the smoothie.
