This is me at the Powerlifting Worlds in 2023 lifting 507lbs. It took me years of training to achieve that and I still didn't medal, I got 4th place. Little did I know one month later I would be suspended for 2 years by my federation for speaking up about men competing in the womens category and that a man would walk in and pull a 578lb deadlift and crush womens records. He still holds records in Alberta to this day I can only hope that with the Olympics announcement today that the Canadian government will follow suit and demand federations to protect the female category Alberta has already started. Sports are separated by sex Sports are about integrity, fairness and safety. It is time we do the right thing and stop punishing those who speak up. Delaware county picked a fight, sued me almost 3 years ago, 289 filings later, they lost every hearing , 4 judges later. 1 dead, 1 retired, 1 removed and now this one appointed by the PA Supreme Court from another County ..they had to recuse the entire County bench why? Because the evidence. I used their own pu license records, billing , filings and statements on the records and submitted under judicial notices and in motions, objections, and reported them to the FBI and DOJ. Now they want a mutual settlement to walk away amicably. They can capitulate at any time and withdraw their complaint. They misused public funds to retailate against citizens for exercising their 1st Amendment. They are done. My opinion on Tour de France Champs Elysees route change with adding Montmartre climb is clear… The last stage of the Tour de France is one of the most watched days of cycling for non-usual cycling viewers, if not the most. And you simply can’t have there a race where all you need is to watch the last 500 metres to know the results. And you also don’t want "unknown" riders like Groenewegen vs. Meeus to battle for the win. You want the biggest stars attacking there and battling for the win. Yes, it still might end in a sprint, but at least it won’t be 100% certain. Because the breakaway there didn’t succeed for 20 years now. Simply Paris and the Tour couldn’t refuse an opportunity to have one of the most beautiful races in one of the most watched cycling days of the year, instead of a regular boring race. And I am happy they did it. 🇫🇷❤️ #TDF2025

This was filmed last Monday morning at Veterinary Clinic in Richmond, Virginia. The officer is Sergeant Paul Greer. He's 44 years old with the Richmond Police Department. The dog is a nine-year-old German Shepherd named Kodak. Paul's K9 partner for eight years. Paul and Kodak were paired when Kodak was fourteen months old. They went through sixteen weeks of handler training together in Chesterfield County. They worked patrol, search operations, and community events together for eight consecutive years. Paul estimates they logged more than eleven thousand hours on duty together. Kodak retired from active service fourteen months ago when his health began declining. He went home with Paul, as K9 partners typically do when they retire. Paul converted the back bedroom into a dog room. Kodak slept on a memory foam bed beside Paul's side of the bed.
