Not me obsessively counting out the hours trying to figure out when to eat and subtracting it from time I need to start getting ready. Anxiety math is the worst.

Most definitely me. 😩 This is why I like to get things done in the morning. But then I wouldn’t be able to sleep the night before. It’s a no win situation. 😭 But I think I’d still prefer the morning time.

Nah the worst is when you have plans in the morning so your anxiety just keeps you up all night til it’s time

The life of an anxious introvert. This is so me. Don't let something be scheduled too early in the morning because then I can't sleep the night before. Nothing is scheduled on Monday because I'm thinking about it on Sunday.
