The Pixar-style, childish humor is a major turn-off. Falling and screaming after a moment of supreme confidence. Gee. 🙄 It doesn't have to be dark or edgy, but I'd like to be able to take it seriously, yanno? Not wacky or slapsticky.

This looks like one of those movies where everything gets treated as a big joke, so it feels like nothing is at stake. I long for the days of epic, serious storytelling when we got Orson Welles as Unicron.
