Hi there. Voters were alerted in time to update their details or apply for a Section 24A vote if they knew they would be away from their registered voting station on voting day. The submission window for Section 24A notices was from 15 March to 17 May, as outlined in the Election Timetable gazetted in late February 2024. If you didn't apply for a Section 24A vote, you will have to vote where you are registered.

I'm sorry, @IECSouthAfrica, but ANY explanation of the two National Assembly ballots as electing separate sets of 200 seats is WRONG. The calculations are connected. Better to describe the ballots as they are, and say that together both ballots elect the 400 seats.

In the 6.3 South Korean presidential election, too many ballots were found stacked together, with two, three, or more ballots folded as one. However, if large numbers of forged ballots are produced and inserted, ballots folded in twos, threes, or even fives could be discovered. Nevertheless, the National Election Commission ignored the evidence of this apparent election fraud and carried out the vote count. In the 6.3 election, evidence of mass ballot forgery and the insertion of large numbers of forged ballots was found at polling stations and counting centers across the country.
