The neighbor hired a company to remove their tree, they even have a 55ft bucket lift, and the workers seem to know what they are doing. Until you see they tied a small rope to the tree, they assure you it will pull the tree the other way and they’ve don’t it many times before. Now you use a tree in the middle of your living room, and the company is claiming it was an act of god, are they still responsible?

They have to evolve and they have to command the affection, loyalty and respect of populations living under them, and they have to be accountable to the people.
