If you gain lots of weight back then they can increase and I've heard women say they've grown back without weight gain as well due to hormones , weight fluctuations etc. I've lost weight since my reduction since I have so much more room to move. I went from a H cup to a C cup.

I don't see mines growing back for any reason unless maybe pregnancy but other than that they are staying C's boo!
