I wasn't sure what districts they where going to but now I do. She should run for congress for her district if she lives there though, she may improve the overall life in the communities in that region. Understanding the problem is the first step needed to find a solution.

Oh and she doesn't realize just how bad it is. Since 1963, the US black population has grown ~1.3%. In that same time, the Hispanic population has grown ~320%. Since 1973 (Roe vs Wade), an equivalent 40% of the current black US population has been aborted and is accelerating. US blacks are--quite literally--aborting themselves out of existence. The US black population decrease will be irreversible in a generation. Hispanics will completely replace US blacks in that time and it will all have been done completely voluntarily by the well-trained black population. An interesting analog and lesson for the rest of the Western world at how easily a population can be trained to participate in its own demise. Sad.

I literally left the US for Colombia with my dual citizen Colombian/Venezuelan wife.
