"Everybody else can go to hell." Fever coach Stephanie White unloads before tipoff, fiercely defending Sophie Cunningham and her players while blasting the "hate," "fear-mongering," and "divisiveness" she says are trying to hijack the WNBA. White calls DiJonai Carrington's flagrant foul involving Cunningham in the previous game "egregious," while...

Coach White says she didn’t see it in real time. Well, then, is that your body double in the background staring at the fast break and foul? You, madame, are a liar.

“Fiercely defending”? Bitch down played it and defended the girl who committed the foul. Bitch only defended Sophie after the pushback

Really, Fox? “Defends Sophie Cunningham”? Your own network showed her lying by saying she didn’t see the play. She is also a lesbian dating a black woman. Ray Charles can see what’s going on here.

Stephanie White is not fit to coach. She jumps to conclusions, wrong conclusions, then schedules a press conference where she acts like she’s trying out for Days of Our Lives, refuses to take questions and executes a dramatic exit like acting out a farewell cruel world.

Respect to Stephanie White for protecting her locker room and calling out the manufactured outrage.

Faux rage, another woke retard that got caught defending the player that was the aggressor instead of her own player because she was afraid to be attacked by the woke mob and to not seem racist. What a loser.

Didn't see it in real time? She's had plenty of time to stick up for her player since that game and still hasn't. She would rather lecture the rest of us on nonsense.

As a coach, you never need to review the complete video!! You back your player… period!!! That’s your FIRST responsibility, and if you’re proven wrong at least you still have your locker room!!

Stephanie White out here preachin’ “love will win, grace will win, kindness will win” then two seconds later tellin’ the whole damn world to go to hell like she just invented the hypocrisy Olympics. Girl, you ain’t leadin’ with love. You leadin’ with a split personality and a microphone. One minute you sound like a Hallmark card dipped in glitter, next minute you sound like a trucker who just spilled his coffee. That’s not unity — that’s bipolar motivational speaking. You got booed by your own home crowd, couldn’t even see a flagrant foul in real time while sittin’ on the bench, then turn around actin’ like the moral compass of the league. Love and kindness only apply when people agree with you. Everybody else can go to hell? That’s the most honest thing you said all day. Stay soft. Stay inconsistent. Stay irrelevant. I disapprove of the entire performance. Hard. #BlackFauciApproves

why do you keep allowing all these black players to attack in assault Caitlin and Sophie because they're white? It's clearly driven by racism, jealousy and hatred. The lead needs to do something to prevent this in future attacks from happening to the two biggest stars in the league. Protect Sophie and Caitlin

Most post were reaction to her own words and White not having the back of Sophie Cunningham. It was not hateful. It was legitimate criticism of her not defending her own player. All coaches in the history of coaching protect their players from adversity and physical harm. White failed!!

Here’s my thing: though the call is coming from inside the house, Stephanie White specifically spoke about not wanting divisiveness within the league. Yet, when ESPN covered the situation, they framed it as if Fever players are being harassed after DiJonai Carrington fouled Sophie Cunningham. When, in reality, DiJonai is the one being relentlessly and disgustingly harassed online after a hard foul on Sophie. It’s especially frustrating because plays like this happen all the time in basketball. Glossing over the harassment DiJonai is receiving and instead centering the Indiana Fever, Stephanie White, and Sophie Cunningham is exactly where “white privilege” comes into play (Well, ONE of the many places it comes into play). DiJonai’s harassment wasn’t even considered or mentioned. Why not? She spoke about it with media yesterday. She has actually spoken up about it multiple times. Over years. Holly Rowe only referenced DiJonai as the player who committed the foul, as if she’s merely a piece of the story that sparked harassment rather than one of the primary people being slandered and attacked. Go look at DiJonai'scomments on any social media platform right now. Whether DiJonai posted “WHITE. PRIVILEGE” or not, she was going to be attacked, just as nearly any player who has a negative interaction with certain players. “Fans” of players who grift, refuse to speak up, or lack integrity are taking over conversations surrounding this league. I receive racist messages and comments myself simply for being a fan of DiJonai. I see it. I read it. Does it hurt me? No. But what hurts and infuriates me is that seemingly no one who claims to love the WNBA and has a prominent role in the industry can discuss what’s happening honestly and responsibly on national television—or at all. If you’re going to bring vitriol and harassment into the conversation, then tell the whole story. Don't specifically name a team and certain individuals and then try to frame as if you're speaking about "the whole league," if you're leaving the main one being harassed out. Otherwise, why bring it up? Y'all gotta do better, respectfully. Holly Rowe Rebecca Lobo Ryan Ruocco WNBA Communications
