everybody's making 3d games now, so i made every storefront I checked in at on my website a tiny 3d miniature, still generated from a single photo. what's the ugliest storefront in your city? i want to see if the pipeline survives it.

Soooooo gooood! Not ugly, but the whole foods on 24th has a fun shape, and the extra wide format could make for a good challenge case.

storefront looks good! the 3d got a little stretched though haha

Bar Marsel barcelona would look so cool here

cute

What's your pipeline for making these?

the ugliest kebab shop in town is about to become a collectible

this is so cool. Love the use of shared layout for description text

gosh i love this : )

Tiny 3D storefronts from one photo is the nicest use of the 3D wave I've seen. Pasadena has a strip mall on Colorado Blvd that would break any pipeline. Want it?

too many stores in a strip mall, one storefront at a time :)

Bro wtf. This is sick. Makes me want to start a diary with miniatures representing all the things I do from day to day.

that is insane dudeee

Curious how you’re building this :)

This looks great

love this!

Would you share your prompt for generating the 3d buildings?

Love the concept! Fixing the windows would really propel this forward. And OSS the tiny shops for community!

Sick

Super fun! Where are the check-ins from?

this is beautiful

So cute! What if you turn ppl into miniature 3d versions of themselves

wow looks really cool

This is art.

This is beautiful

A storefront covered in mismatched signs would be my test. I'd want the miniature to keep the chaos.

turning storefronts into miniatures sounds fun, imagine the quirkiest ones shining through

nice but also i miss the last version of your website, it was The Perfect Portfolio

Converting a single photo to 3D geometry is huge for realistic spatial workflows. In my balcony makeover workflow tests, single-image depth estimation usually struggles with back-wall proportions and side-wall stretching—did you need a pre-depth mask pass before generating the mesh?

so cute 🥺

I bet some storefronts will surprise you!

the challenge of capturing ugly storefronts is a fun test for your pipeline

iconic design. love the lighting

Looks very cool. How did u do this?

is it a live url?

the tiny storefront makes one photo feel dimensional

Astra + Blender?

Not ugly but a great spot for coffee

looks beautiful

This is asking to be used by a coffee or fast food chain as part of their loyalty program
