I don’t understand. What is it about this video that seems to be nonsense?

I like much of what Concerned Citizen posts. But space is real- ISS is real - satellites are real and we landed on the moon. Reading this comment section hurts my head. ------------------------------ Here are some answers to a few common questions: Who Recorded The Capsule Landing & Launch. The video footage of the moon landing was captured by a camera mounted on the lunar module itself. This camera was remotely operated by astronauts inside the module. It's an important piece of equipment that can be detached and still controlled from the module for documentation and scientific purposes during the mission. We "Lost" The Technology To Go Back. In the case of the Apollo program, it's true that much of the detailed knowledge and processes used in the 1960s and 1970s are not available today due to both changes in priorities and the evolution of technology. "Lost" technology happens constantly throughout a variety of sectors due to the evolution of technology - it happens all the time you might say. However, it's also important to emphasize that the fundamental principles of science and engineering that made the moon landing possible remain intact and the only reason we haven't been back is because it has not been a priority. The Danger of the Van Allen Belts. The 1969 moon landing was meticulously planned, and radiation exposure, including the Van Allen belts, was a part of that planning process. Spacecraft were designed with radiation shielding to protect astronauts from the radiation present in space, including the Van Allen belts, which were discovered in 1958. The Lander Made No Crater. The Lunar Module was designed to land very gently without the thrusters active as it touched down. Therefore, it wouldn't create a large crater upon landing. No Stars Visible in Space Photos. Anyone working with photography will realize this is a question about exposure. Exposure removes the weak light sources (the stars) and enhances the strong light sources (the moon and astronauts). How Was It Transmitted Live. The live footage from the moon was transmitted using the Lunar Module's high-gain antenna, sending signals directly to Earth. This was facilitated by slow-scan television (SSTV), a format suitable for the limited bandwidth. The signal was converted to standard TV format and broadcast globally, supported by Earth's tracking stations like Parkes Observatory and Goldstone Antenna, showcasing advanced space communication engineering. Moon Landing Tapes Were Erased. It's true that some original Apollo 11 telemetry tapes were erased and reused, but this was due to a tape shortage and standard data management practices at the time. Importantly, this does not affect the extensive surviving photographic and video evidence, nor does it imply any malicious intent. Earth's Curvature Visibility: At 35,000 feet (10,668 meters), Earth's curvature is slightly visible; it becomes more pronounced above 60,000 feet (18,288 meters). This curvature is less apparent at typical airplane altitudes of 30,000-40,000 feet (9,144-12,192 meters). Satellite Orbits vs. Stratospheric Balloons: Satellites orbit between 99 to 1,200 kilometers (62 to 746 miles) above Earth, much higher than stratospheric balloons, which operate in the 10 to 50 kilometers (6 to 31 miles) range. These balloons, used for research and communication, don't substitute for the complex functions of satellites.

Beginning with the OP, I’ve never read so much ignorance in one place, in my life. Our schools have truly failed us.

Wait why does it look stationary relative to the ground? The International Space Station (ISS) orbits Earth at an average speed of about 8 kilometers per second (17,900 mph). This means that it travels around the Earth in about 90 minutes.

Can you believe NASA lies without immediately believing the earth is a giant tortilla? I would like to find the truth of why NASA does what it does, and the actual flaws in modern science, without preconceived narratives and dogmatic flat earthers raging instead of conversing
