57 today. In the early 70's I along with 3 of my siblings were removed from our home based on a lie. There is no accountability. There never has been. Why? The whole system has plausible deniability by design. They can do whatever, whenever they choose. Most miss the whole because their vision has been engineered to be myopic. Family courts don’t follow constitutional law or state statutes. They have their own set of statutes. More people need to learn their rights and not grant these people authority by granting them access.

It’s public corruption. Using administrative hearings, judges acting administrative not judicial and illegally bypassing due process. All involved getting paid thru private federal programs and insulating each other.

DCFS commits perjury ALL THE TIME to take people’s children away. In many cases, the case worker/social workers/DCFS employee who is responsible for making a true and honest accounting of a situation gets in their feelings about a case when a particular parent or parents are upset that they show up at their door; so that person perjures themselves in able to get the child/children taken away! This happens ALL OVER THE COUNTRY, in more cases than people realize!
