@jonfavs I’ve seen several MSM outlets (CNN, WaPo) with headlines saying “SCOTUS rules Trump can use Alien Enemies Act to deport migrants” or words to that effect. That’s not what the Court ruled. They didn’t decide whether the AEA is being used lawfully unless I missed something.

Thank God! Our government has no business denying people due process, and I can't believe an elected president (and his advisors like Stephen Miller) have to have it explained to them s-l-o-w-l-y.
