Its crazy how these easter eggs have to have voice lines and majority of people will never know but they have to record for an off chance the player might do it.

This is more like small details that makes it fun Dev know people will do this so they put this in the game. Like in early game if you shoot the mysterious card box man then call Pliskin. Pliskin will sorta unrest.
