It is now Day 46 of the medical miracle that is Mitch McConnell. He is still at the hospital, allegedly in rehabilitation. But I have a question for the medical community, especially speech pathologists. If he was able to carry on three conversations, I would imagine he no longer needs speech therapy. So outside of that, what exactly is he rehabilitating for after nearly seven weeks? Is he relearning how to transfer into a wheelchair? Sit up independently?
