I’m sure that’s just a bizarre logistical hiccup. And here’s my totally naive question: do these wonderfully altruistic for-profit prisons possibly get a little bonus every time they shuffle someone around? Nah, that would be crazy. Obviously, this isn't about the money, right? It's either about the money, or about making sure lawyers and loved ones need a GPS tracker and a miracle to find them, just so they can conveniently delay any chance of release, which, funny enough, is also about the money. Purely accidental, though. Definitely.

They are spreading the money around by moving bodies from facility to facility. There is no actual intent to deport. The real game is incarceration for pay. That 70 billion dollars is a slush fund and detainees are like pker chips that are traded for cash.
