Hello everyone, I need your help urgently!! I have over the last 7 weeks been in communication with Costa coffee. The branch that I frequent at Meadow bank shopping centre, Edinburgh, has a rat problem. The surrounding vegetation is so overgrown that the rats have now taken up occupancy full-time. The rats are on the seated areas and tables outside. Customers eat and drink using those tables. I have sent videos to Costa coffee and yet they refuse to sort out the problem. Just yesterday the area manager went into the branch after seeing the latest video, and told the staff members to cut back the vegetation themselves. These are coffee makers, not gardeners.
