I agree, you don’t have to be a mater as C or Assembly but you can’t take full advantage of AI or python if you don’t understand the foundation you are building on.

At least don't waste time trying to learn verilog.

answer to this can go both ways, nothing is a waste if we are trying to do it for learning but professionally indeed it won't be fruitful
