First, if you watch the actual clip he’s making the case for the limitless power of America’s military—as the Commander-in-Chief should. But if you watch the OPENING SECONDS of this Axios interview, he is asked about wielding power as a leader. His answer? “You have to do it judiciously.” Not one headline. Not one cable news segment. Here’s a perfect example of fake news in action. The most viral headline, picked up across cable news and print media, is that POTUS said there are “no limits” to his power. First, if you watch the actual clip he’s making the case for the limitless power of America’s military—as the Commander-in-Chief should. But if you watch the OPENING SECONDS of this Axios interview, he is asked about wielding power as a leader. His answer? “You have to do it judiciously.” Not one headline. Not one cable news segment. Just the same tired media spin and bullshit. People are so tired of this crap.
