DOGE recently revealed that the US Treasury has been issuing over $5 Trillion/year in untraceable payments that had no budget codes. That's absolutely insane and definitively proves that the whole "congressional budget spending bill" is a total Uniparty fake finger pointing sham for them to get otherwise competely unacceptable and usually treasonous "riders" passed for advancing their globalist agendas and self-enrichment.
