Fife is a Kingdom (The Kingdom of Fife), not a “region”😉, due to its Royal history. But, and I am biased, one of the best areas, in the World, for variety and quality of courses. Plus, some of the oldest courses, and clubs, on the planet. But again, I’m biased.😂

You guys mentioned Leven Links was in poor condition several years ago. It was fantastic when I played it last June. That was my first round in Scotland and I was very impressed. Good cheaper option to supplement the expensive courses.

It's a pity a lot of these courses in Scotland, Ireland and England have become so expensive which has been dictated largely by a minority of wealthy American tourists who have caused massive inflation in green fees.

Quick summary of pod. JUST GO TO ST ANDREWS. Incredible place regardless of itinerary. Was fortunate to go last June and cosign nearly everything here especially Elie, spread my ashes there kind of place.

Loved the podcast but disagree with some of the ratings. I was just there in Sept. and thought Kingsbarnes was a lot more "fun" than the New Course. I get the criticism but just pure fun, removing history, the New course was boring and flat.
