@specialtrend10 They will beat the case because it was an illegal search. The cop said the dog alerted to the driver's side door and then they said it smelled like weed. They never found any weed. It was an illegal search. The dog did not alert to the trunk.

@specialtrend10 Im confused. He didnt sign the “consent to search” the initial stop wasnt for drugs and the officer never stated he smelled drugs or seen a open container. Why does the K9 get the nod to search anyway ?

@specialtrend10 MOVING cross country 2020. CA>TX>FL, El Paso CBP dog hit on my car. Agents emptied my entire car out, trunk & all... the dog hit on my homemade dog treats in the trunk. They found nothing illegal. I had to repack my entire car in a drive lane, at 2am. Ugh. 🫤
