Hahaha, close but no Cigar, the issue is that most African countries have been conditioned to dislike Supply side policies but to glorify ideological policies and politicians. It's easier to appeal to people's emotions than to actually explain your positions and policies. this is why leftists succeed in most of Africa and the Right struggles. The right leans towards common sense, logic and to be able to say No to government spending. Liberals and progressives rely on feelings, vibes and promises of a utopia through more government spending. This guy is saying the same thing a lot of people were saying 20 years ago, but as long people don't familiarize themselves with how policies are used, people will still be saying this same thing 50 years from now.
