💯 But there aren’t “vegetable oils” they are rancid seed oils. They are processed with Hexane (like gasoline) and chemicals are additionally used to get rid of the rotted death smell. Use Beef Tallow Pork Lard Cold pressed Avocado Unrefined Coconut Cold pressed Camelina

She's right, except for the olive oil part. Olive oil is only healthy at low temperatures, it should never be used for cooking at high temperatures. The safest oil to cook with is coconut oil or animal fat such as tallow!
