Trump is not ‘normal’. The UK, the EU, Canada, Mexico, Australasian & China, need to openly have a trade meeting in Brussels/Bejing and invite the world media & in unison agree a trade deal leaving the U.S. out in the cold. Watch the U.S. people rise up & overthrow this idiot

That’s incomplete. When import prices rise, the prices of domestic products increase too, regardless of whether imported raw materials are used or not. Why? Because the higher cost sets a new price point, and manufacturers often raise prices to maximize profits.
