Students have paid their fees, trusted the institute and planned their preparation around its classes, teachers, test series and study material. They are not asking for too much. The Director, the management and the senior faculty should come together on one stage and speak directly to the students. Today we’re announcing more ways to protect international students from fraud and make it easier to study in Canada: ✅Starting December 1, 2023, post-secondary designated learning institutions (DLI) will be required to confirm every applicant’s letter of acceptance through a new verification process before a study permit is issued. ✅In time for the fall 2024 semester, recognized DLIs that provide quality support and services for international students will benefit from enhanced service, including priority processing of study permits for applicants who plan to study at their school. ✅ We’re also assessing criteria for post-graduation work permits and, in the coming months, will begin introducing changes that will benefit Canadian employers across the country and help meet regional and Francophone immigration goals.

Better late than never! Samsung now supports NFC Access Cards in Samsung Wallet. So, your office and apartment NFC access cards can now be stored and used on your Galaxy phone. You can also use the card information stored on your phone as a base for other supported Samsung phones to copy and scan. Unlike payment cards, there’s no authentication required before using the card. Hence, it’s both a convenience and a security risk. To access this feature under Digital Key, you will need to be running One UI 7 at least and updated to Samsung Wallet version 6.0.85 #Samsung #SamsungWallet #NFCCard

This study examines the adjunctive use of Ivermectin + Mebendazole for cancer and the findings are beginning to support further investigation for their off-label uses. I've been talking about this hard-to-get combo for about a year now. I've taken it myself and will be recommending it to all of my family and friends. Microsoft added a service called ‘Microsoft Recall’ and rolled it out to people’s PCs Every couple seconds your computer takes screenshots and saves them. This means banking, messages, anything intimate, everything on your phone if you connect it, everything that appears on your screen will be saved in a screenshot You have to enable it but the way Microsoft words it is very sneaky. They simply say do you want to save snapshots, the average person will likely click yes and not know what they just signed up for Microsoft says it’s all saved locally, encrypted and they don’t have access to it….. Let’s just assume that’s true, if you get malware on your computer that means someone else can access all that info saved. They will have access to your entire life with these screenshots How to turn it off is included in the video, I highly recommend shutting it off and or deleting it all together Allegedly after pushback they added tweaks to skip screenshots of sensitive info like credit cards, passwords, etc…. Thank you to SFUSD and SF Ed Fund, for partnering with our Department of Children Youth and their Families and coming together on this tutoring expansion. And thank you to SF Parents for your advocacy in service of student outcomes. My administration will continue working closely with SFUSD to ensure students have the resources they need to succeed. Through our Family Opportunity Agenda, we’re focusing on what helps kids and families thrive—making sure every child has the support they need at key milestones, including in the classroom.

We created space not just for tech demos, but for real talk. Honest conversations about where this AI wave is taking us — our fears, our hopes, our dreams. Folks rolled up their sleeves and got hands-on with tools that are free, powerful, and ready to be used right now to improve lives. This experience confirmed what we’ve known deep down: People from every background and every zip code aren’t just curious about AI. They want in! They want to understand it, engage with it, and ultimately, shape it. Because the future isn’t just being built in Silicon Valley — it’s being dreamed up in our libraries, our communities, and our homes. And this is just the beginning.

We’re excited to finally introduce Kled Special Tasks, the final major feature included in the V2 app update. Users will now have access to a fully interactive terminal where they can view and complete domain specific upload tasks directly from enterprise buyers. These tasks can be region locked and person specific. For example, PhD students at Stanford might be prompted to upload their coursework or research materials and get paid for it. Our first domain specific task will focus on homework collection from high school and college students across Europe and the United States. Students will verify their emails and academic credentials directly within the app. We’ve built labeling workflows to ensure all uploaded content meets our criteria, and participants will receive weighted payouts based on the value of their submissions. We’ve already built a network of over 3,800 students from Stanford, MIT, UIUC, Rutgers, and Duke who will be actively onboarded to contribute content. Kled will work hand in hand with our research division, HADES, to justify the large scale purchase of this homework content. Several enterprise buyers have already expressed interest, each confirming that academic data from students represents a growing multi year industry requiring a continuous flow of fresh material. Kled Special Tasks also gives us the ability to internally identify valuable content types, issue calls for specific datasets, and collect 1,000-2,000 unique samples per task. We can then package these datasets into specialized data packs that our sales team will use to pitch directly to AI labs and enterprise clients with matching data needs. This will be one of our most powerful tools for expanding Kled’s buyer network. All of this will be fully available in the V2 update. We’re excited to show just how advanced our segmentation and data validation software has become as we bring this release to market.

Students will verify their emails and academic credentials directly within the app. We’ve built labeling workflows to ensure all uploaded content meets our criteria, and participants will receive weighted payouts based on the value of their submissions. We’ve already built a network of over 3,800 students from Stanford, MIT, UIUC, Rutgers, and Duke who will be actively onboarded to contribute content. Kled will work hand in hand with our research division, HADES, to justify the large scale purchase of this homework content. Several enterprise buyers have already expressed interest, each confirming that academic data from students represents a growing multi year industry requiring a continuous flow of fresh material. Kled Special Tasks also gives us the ability to internally identify valuable content types, issue calls for specific datasets, and collect 1,000-2,000 unique samples per task. We can then package these datasets into specialized data packs that our sales team will use to pitch directly to AI labs and enterprise clients with matching data needs. This will be one of our most powerful tools for expanding Kled’s buyer network. All of this will be fully available in the V2 update.
