Such a great opening. I love how absolutely nasty and relentless the movie is. It doesn’t let up once it gets going and then the raining blood scene kicks in and it is pure badassery

Great remake and in many ways better than the original(no shouting at me please😂) Of course nostalgia always wins but I am honest and it is what it is. The original was groundbreaking and at the time (because I am actually old enough to remember) it was terrifying. But watching it these days its tame and a bit wooden🫣

I remember seeing it opening night in the theaters and people were saying "Holy fuck!" when the title card hit. Crazy good opening
