Candace Owens mocked that, in the latest defamation lawsuit against her, Brian Harpole said he didn’t give her an alibi in December for the absurd claim he was at Fort Huachuca military base the day before Charlie Kirk died - because he didn’t want Candace to engagement farm off his response. Which is EXACTLY what she did. To Erika Kirk and others when they provided alibis for this exact wild claim. Even holding an X Space where she titled it "Fort Huachuca: Why it suddenly matters" - because people had provided alibis. Candace now claims that if Harpole had simply given her an alibi, she would have let the entire thing go. The COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what she actually did. In that Space, she directly argues that providing an alibi proves guilt. And says that if Erika and others hadn’t responded, she would have dropped it - Which is exactly what Harpole did. As always zero consistency. Entirely BS. These kinds of games won't fly in court.

And this is where Candace loses: If the defense could adduce evidence of fabricated documents, conspiracy, fake messages… they would not do it at the preliminary hearing for probable cause, but would wait until the trial? That the defense was precluded from adducing such evidence at the preliminary hearing? Absolute nonsense. True, it is not the trial. But there is no realm of the universe in which the defense would not attempt to adduce evidence - to the extent that you could, either through cross or direct - of fabricated / falsified text messages, manufactured documents and/or conspiracy to frame. They were not prevented from doing so at the preliminary hearing. They simply did not present anything to suggest the messages were fabricated, that a bullet did not kill Charlie, and other elements that, if remotely demonstratable, would easily be an obstacle for even the lower threshold of probable cause. And that is exactly why they could not deny them in their latest filing.

Interesting exchange just now at the DOJ press conference about the James Comey indictments for his “86-47” post last year. AG Todd Blanche was pretty tight lipped about the evidence they have on Comey, but he said that they are looking at devices and there was a communication that was sent in this case. “There’s a communication that was sent allegedly in this case, and so that means that we have to look at devices…” Is he referring to the Instagram post itself? It feels like more than that because it doesn’t seem like a grand jury would indict him for JUST the Instagram post. Plus, Blanche seems to reference that they have more evidence later in this clip: “So whether there is a defense as you just described? Maybe… but the government will have evidence. I am not gonna talk about the evidence that we have.” What do they have on Comey?

🚨With the evidence presented could Tyler Robinson be a patsy? A lot of people keep asking if Tyler Robinson could still be a "patsy." That depends on what you mean. If you mean he had nothing to do with the crime, that's a different question than whether someone may have influenced or manipulated him. The hearing right now isn't about motive or who may have influenced him, it's about whether the evidence shows he pulled the trigger. Those are two separate issues.

There's a fish called the Smelt and we have far more fresh water runoff into the ocean than we should on the theory that it helps this one little fish that likes this fresh/salt water mix. But there's no evidence of this. So we should have more fresh water. This is just an example, but we would have saved a lot of trouble if we had done that."

Just listening to the evidence that has come out, I don't know how Tyler Robinson isn't already pleading guilty. Jack Posobiec breaks it down: “The evidence is overwhelming… For those who have followed these different high-profile crime stories, there was that one guy, this monster Bryan Kohberger up in Idaho who killed the sorority girls… They only had in that, like, one bloody fingerprint and a cell phone track and a witness who thought he saw a car. That's all they had in that case. And he did eventually, of course, plead guilty, took a plea deal to get the death penalty off the table. So I would compare that case, where it seemed like you had minimal evidence, where they still got a conviction, to this, where yesterday the dam just broke. And there's an avalanche of evidence that's pouring out now."
