I lost 14kg through Leptin Reset without compromising on food and/or extreme workouts. Not the best yet, but its definitely working well for me and a lot of others. I found out about Leptin through #kmss , thanks to @/karmenlunarx , @/izwanshahmin and @/marinagamba1909

A little background: 2014 : 110kg to 75kg. Caloric defisit. 2015 - 2019 : Gym freak. Ada results but unsatisfactory. 2020 - 2021 : Crashed 2021 : Started from 0. Experimented. End 2022 : Seriously focusing on KMSS. March 2023: Leptin Sensitive. Lost 14kg so far.

This is how much I eat daily now without worrying. Tak campur lagi teloq 2-4 bijik sehari. Dulu diet but yet still serba tak kena.

Thanks for sharing. Learn something new today. I had metabolic syndrome with obvious sign of insulin resistance. Started low carb & healthy fat diet 1.5 yrs ago & exercise, i lost 17 kg. Now maintaining at 54 kg 😃

the problem is bila aku buat searching. solution dia basically sama je. regular exercise, calorie defisit, eat protein especially breakfast, sleep well. so info ni macam “ouh, okay” menambah pengetahuan tapi tak mendatangkan perubahan
