I genuinely cannot understand how someone can watch this story and still stand there, looking at two women, and somehow decide that the wrong one is the victim. On one side, you have a girl (Yıldız) who has been mistreated her entire life. Since the moment she was born, she was treated like a sacrifice for a conflict she was never even part of and later we find out that this conflict never even existed. Her right to study was taken from her. She was pushed into a marriage at a very young age just imagine being six, seven, eight years old, living in fear of being tied to someone you don’t even know. She was treated like a servant in her own home, by the very people she thought were her family. And just when she gets close to the happiness she dreamed of, the man she was engaged to shows up with another wife. She gets mistreated by that wife, by his family, and even (unintentionally) by him, because he was trying to run away from his own feelings, and that only caused her more heartbreak. The whole world was literally against her. She fought through all of that, only to find out in the end that everything she suffered for was based on something that wasn’t even real. Her entire life was built on a lie. That she isn’t even part of that family that she has literally no one in this world. Now on the other side… You have a girl (Melek) who, yes, was taken from her biological mother but she was raised by loving parents. She had everything anyone could wish for: education, freedom, a happy childhood, a healthy environment. She lived her life, fell in love, went out, made choices and no one questioned her, no one controlled her. And then what did she do? She found out that her man was engaged to another woman before marrying her (and even saw him marry her) and instead of holding on to her dignity, she chose to stay, to fight for a man who lied to her, to hold onto a marriage he tried to end multiple times. She used her unborn child to keep him tied to her. She lied constantly, and her excuse was that she was “protecting her marriage” a marriage that was already broken from the moment Serhat removed that ring at the airport in episode one. She tried to hand Yıldız (a woman who had already suffered enough) over to dangerous people. Then she found out the truth about her own birth (that her father ra*ped her mother.)And still no empathy. No moment of humanity toward her own mother. All she cared about was herself. And even though none of this had anything to do with Yıldız, she still found a way to blame it on her. Instead of holding her father accountable, she went and made a deal with him to get rid of Yıldız. She literally made a deal with the devil just to hurt Yıldız one more time. And after all of that… you want me to feel sorry for her? You want me to call her a victim? I honestly cannot believe we are living on the same planet with people who see this and still say, “she’s the victim.” Not morally. Not logically. Not emotionally. This woman was trying to break into the fashion world. She and her photographer were going around NYC taking photographs that were bold and daring. She was in the process of taking this photo when a woman starts to yell at her about how she can’t work without looking out the window and seeing the young lady hanging onto the guard rail for a pose. She expressed she was worried she was going to fall. The young lady was more interested that the woman owns a magazine than she was about her own safety, she then proceeds to call her a Karen for their interaction. To me it seems like she was voicing honest concern, she wasn’t trying to cause an issue and it was in fact the actions of the young lady that was the cause of the distraction for those in the city that day. What is your take on this, was this a valid concern on the lady’s behalf?

There is a beautiful Catholic tradition with that piece of cloth (manutergium) which was used to wipe the oil of chrism from his hands. The mother is to keep this cloth for the rest of her life. Upon her death, she is buried with it in her hands. As tradition says, when she arrives to the gates of heaven, she will present the cloth to show that she raised a priest who shared in Jesus's life and suffering.

As always Kemi Badenoch has lied in this clip about her experiences at a Nigerian school and confirmed the fact that she is an affliction and a plague. Outside of that, now that she has publicly stated that she no longer 'identifies with Nigeria' she should have her Nigerian passport revoked, she should be declared 'persona non grata' by our Government and she should be banned from ever setting her foot in our shores again. Her obsession with destroying Nigeria and decimating the image of the Nigeeian people borders on the pathological and at this point I am constrained to question her sanity. She has done much damage to our nation and it is time for us to stop treating her with kid gloves, fight back, expose her for the lying, mendacious and vile creature that she is and put her in her place. It is most inappropriate to continue to take her lightly and ignore her constant attacks and misrepresentation of our peoole because, by her actions and words, she has wilfully and systematically held herself out as the enemy of the Nigerian people and will take every opportunity to destroy our aspirations and fortunes. We cannot continue to fold our arms and watch her denigrate and destroy us. So much grace for the royals of no mixed heritage. Fergie retained her title while she was not even married to the blood Prince she got it off and whom she was divorced from due to her own adultery. She did endorsements, adverts, her own tell all book which was critical of the monarchy and as Carole Malone said, she used her title and sold herself around to make an income. Interesting that there is no whinging from royalist commentators including Carole about her still having a title or criticism of her trying to make a living in the way she did. In fact they credit her for this.

She keeps inching forward and following the camera woman so that she can voice her displeasure at her. She goes as far as threatening her life and calling for her to be removed from the country. The camera woman, sensing how unhinged she was, made it a point not to provoke her in any way, she remained cheerful and positive in the face of negativity.
