Pakistan's oppression of occupied #Kashmir is worsening. As the world's attention is largely fixated on the war between Israel and Hamas in the Middle East, unrest has erupted in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir in South Asia. Tensions are rising in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) as the Pakistani government has been deploying troops from Punjab Province to suppress the imminent protests in the region due May 11. The protests aim to address the Kashmiri people's economic, social and political problems that Pakistan's government has failed to solve. The United Kashmir People's National Party (UKPNP) and the Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC) have issued warnings to the government of Pakistan against the use of any force against protestors. The warnings have apparently been ignored as Pakistan mobilized its troops to the area, leading to more protests. Historical background info: "In 1947, the Princely State of Jammu and Kashmir became part of the Republic of #India. Shortly thereafter, Pakistani armed forces and Pashtun tribesmen invaded the area, forcing the largest Kashmiri political party to approve the accession. Indian forces were deployed to counter the attacks by Pakistan. In 1948, the UN Security Council passed Resolution 47 requiring all Pakistani military personnel to withdraw from the region before a plebiscite—which would have confirmed the people’s wishes to join India—could be called. Instead of this Pakistan increased its military presence, and no plebiscite was held. In the areas of Kashmir which remained outside of India, Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, 41,000 Hindu families were forced to flee from Pashtun tribesmen. "The historic region of Kashmir has a total area of 85,807 sq. miles and is now divided between three countries. Pakistan occupies approximately 30,160 sq. miles, known as (PoK) and the Northern Areas." Clashes between Pakistani troops and Kashmiri locals are expected to further escalate. U.S. Department of State 2201 C Street NW Washington, DC 20520 United States Subject: Urgent Appeal for Intervention: Lynching of Christian Lazer Nazir Masih in Sargodha, Pakistan Dear Secretary of State, Secretary Antony Blinken I am writing to bring to your urgent attention a tragic and deeply disturbing incident that occurred on May 25, 2024, in Sargodha, Pakistan. Lazer Nazir Masih, an innocent Christian, was brutally lynched in broad daylight by a mob of Muslim Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan perpetrators on false blasphemy. This horrifying event underscores the persistent and escalating hatred against Christians in Pakistan, an issue that has been prevalent for centuries. The lynching of Lazer Nazir Masih not only highlights the severity of religious intolerance in Pakistan but also exposes the state's complicity in these atrocities. Eyewitness accounts reveal that women were actively chanting and leading the mob in the looting and killing of Nazir's family. This incident reflects a broader pattern of systematic persecution and violence against the Christian minority in Pakistan. Adding to the outrage, the Government of Pakistan's response to this incident has been deeply troubling. Lazer Nazir Masih was reportedly taken to a military hospital, a decision that raises serious questions about the intentions of the authorities. The government has also prevented Nazir's family from visiting him, fueling suspicions that he has already succumbed to his injuries and that the authorities are concealing his death to protect the perpetrators and obscure the truth. It is with a heavy heart that I must state my belief that Lazer Nazir Masih is already dead, and the Pakistani government is engaged in a deceitful cover-up. This despicable ruse aims to shield the assailants from justice and perpetuate the ongoing conspiracy against Christians in Pakistan. Given the gravity of this situation, I urge the U.S. Department of State to: 1.Condemn this heinous act of violence and demand justice for Lazer Nazir Masih and his family. the Government of Pakistan to conduct a transparent and impartial investigation into the lynching and the subsequent handling of the case. for the immediate release of accurate information regarding the condition of Lazer Nazir Masih and grant his family access to him. 4.Advocate for stronger protections for religious minorities in Pakistan to prevent such tragedies from recurring. The international community, particularly the United States, has a moral obligation to speak out against religious persecution and to support efforts to ensure justice and human rights for all individuals, regardless of their faith. The plight of Christians in Pakistan is dire, and immediate action is necessary to address this crisis. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I look forward to your prompt response and action to help bring justice to Lazer Nazir Masih and his family. Sincerely, Faraz Pervaiz

🇮🇳 & Cavemen Misconceptions Before Conflict: Public Support India believed that Pakistan’s polarized environment would prevent its people from supporting their armed forces. They were proven wrong when the Pakistani nation united resolutely against India. The Taliban assumed they could leverage the "Islamic biradar card" to avoid Pakistan’s retaliation. However, fed up with terrorism, the Pakistani people overwhelmingly supported action against terrorists. International Support India assumed years of diplomatic posturing, amplified by Jaishankar’s laser eyes moments, would rally global support and isolate Pakistan. They failed miserably on the diplomatic front. Afghanistan expected China and Russia to come to their rescue, but the international community had largely abandoned them, urging compliance with the Doha Agreement. Propaganda Warfare India believed its vast media apparatus would dominate the international narrative. Instead, they became a laughingstock after falsely claiming to destroy Lahore’s nonexistent seaport, losing credibility both globally and domestically. Afghan accounts, backed by Indian support, thought fake news and emotional propaganda would incite panic in Pakistan. Their efforts backfired, exposing and embarrassing them. Military Response India, clinging to the delusions of 2019, believed a border would shield their jets and limit the conflict to an aerial skirmish. They were stunned when seven Indian jets were shot down deep in their territory, showcasing Pakistan’s military resolve and shocking the world. Afghanistan assumed their sleeper cells and guerrilla tactics would keep Pakistan on the defensive without retaliation. Pakistan disproved this by striking Kabul twice in one week with its air force, with more actions likely to follow. Superiority Complex One important aspect to add in this is the strange superiority complex both these countries cling onto, one sees itself as a global superpower, while the other boasts of defeating superpowers. Each is trapped in its own delusions, and Pakistan has taken the responsibility to bring them back to reality. Current Threats Now, both India and Afghanistan think they can pressure Pakistan with threats of water disputes, terrorism, or political unrest. To them, I offer this quote: "Heat not a furnace for your foe so hot that it do singe yourself."

Timeline: 12/23/23: MMTLP open letter is signed and sent to FINRA and the SEC (Deadline for response: 1/31/24). FINRA responded by the deadline; SEC responded 6 days late. 2/2/24: Dennis Kneale interviews Ralph Norman and asks about (MMTLP open letter response) subpoenas and hearings. (On subpoenas) Norman: "That has to come from a chair of a committee, James Comer is chair of oversight. He signed our letter." (On hearings) Norman: "Yes, and we're going to lead the way on that because at the HFSC, that's our job!" 7/10/24: No subpoenas, no hearing (even thought Norman says "We've had hearings on this." (In his interview with Dan Ball) "It's in the SEC's hands." As if to hang his hat on the charges against the former CEOs which still to this day haven't be ruled on or dropped and it seemed as if Norman was wiping his hands clean of getting us answers. 5/26/25: 479 days since his interview with Dennis Kneale, Charles V Payne had Norman on his show again and asks for an update. More lip service from Congressman Norman. Still no hearings, still no subpoenas. ?/??/25: James Comer says on TV, "In order for a subpoena to be honored in a court ruling, you have to make every sincere effort to invite people to come, then you follow up with a subpoena." COMER SIGNED THE LETTER! Why hasn't he taken the initiative here? Still waiting... still tumbleweeds and crickets, even with evidence of collusion between regulators and industry members before, during and after the halt being completely made public. 👻 The word egregious doesn't even come close to describing how unconstitutional the lack of transparency and justice we have received so far has been. We're sick of the run around! FORENSIC AUDIT NOW!

#ISPR – Rawalpindi, May 2, 2025 Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Syed Asim Munir, Nishan-e-Imtiaz (Military), chaired a special Corps Commanders Conference held at the General Headquarters (GHQ) today. The forum conducted a comprehensive review of the current geo-strategic environment, with particular focus on the ongoing tensions between Pakistan and India and the overall regional security situation. The forum reaffirmed that the Armed Forces of Pakistan stand ready with full force against any form of aggression or adventurism to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the motherland. The Army Chief praised the professionalism, high morale, and operational preparedness of the armed forces, emphasizing that the Pakistan Army stands shoulder to shoulder with its nation and will defend the country at all costs. He stressed the importance of vigilance and preemptive readiness on all fronts. The forum expressed serious concern over the recent intensification of atrocities in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), especially following the Pahalgam incident, and the targeting of innocent civilians across the Line of Control (LoC). It stated clearly that such inhumane and unprovoked acts only escalate tensions in the region and will be met with a clear, forceful, and appropriate response. The forum also strongly criticized India's continued use of crises as a distraction from its internal failures and its repeated unilateral actions to manipulate the situation. It recalled how the Pulwama incident in 2019 was used as a pretext to revoke Article 370 and change the status of Occupied Kashmir. Similarly, the Pahalgam incident appears to be another calculated move by India aimed at diverting Pakistan’s focus from its western front—where it is achieving significant success against terrorism—and from its efforts toward economic recovery. These tactics, intended to provide breathing space to Indian proxies, will never succeed. The forum also expressed grave concern that India is now using the Pahalgam incident as an excuse to undermine the Indus Waters Treaty and attempt to deprive Pakistan of its inalienable water rights. Using water as a weapon threatens the survival of over 240 million Pakistanis and could lead to strategic instability in South Asia. It was also emphasized that India’s military and intelligence agencies are directly involved in terrorist incidents inside Pakistan. Such state-sponsored actions are a blatant violation of international law and are unacceptable in any civilized society. The forum reiterated Pakistan’s firm commitment to peace, stability, and development, while making it clear that any attempt to impose war will be met with a decisive and crushing response. The will of the Pakistani people will be upheld at all costs, God willing. The forum concluded by stating unequivocally that Pakistan's path to peace and development cannot be blocked by terrorism, coercion, or aggression—whether direct or through proxies. All Indian efforts to destabilize the region will be thwarted with determination and foresight. The conference concluded with the Army Chief expressing full confidence in the operational preparedness, defensive capabilities, and high morale of Pakistan’s armed forces, sending a clear message to the nation that Pakistan is fully prepared to confront any enemy at every level.

#Bangladesh: India's Reckless Actions Are Worsening the Flood Crisis in Southeast Bangladesh For the first time in generations, Bangladesh's entire southeastern region is facing its worst flooding in history affecting millions of people. The cause? Indian authorities opened the gates of the Dumbur Reservoir in Tripura for the first time in three decades, releasing massive volumes of water into an already rain-soaked region. (Read: Could there have been flooding without India opening the Dumbur Reservoir gates? Perhaps yes, but on a significantly smaller scale. The sudden release of water from the dam has inundated the region to an extent it hasn't experienced in generations. International law obliges India to notify Bangladesh of any actions that could cause significant harm downstream. Yet, India's failure to notify Bangladesh before opening the gates has caused significant distress and damage. Unfortunately, the Dumbur Reservoir is just one of many dams India has built on the rivers that flow into Bangladesh. Of the 54 transboundary rivers shared between the two countries, India has constructed dams on at least 30 of them, with the Farakka Dam being the most infamous for its catastrophic impact on northern Bangladesh. India's unilateral construction of dams and its arbitrary control of water flows have become a constant threat to Bangladesh, causing either drought or flooding downstream. This reckless behavior has devastated millions of lives and wreaked havoc on the environment. For example, over 80% of Bangladesh's 20 million small farmers depend on water flowing through these transboundary rivers to grow rice. (Source: By inflicting such widespread damage, India is effectively breaching international law on a regular basis. Here are some of the key obligations that India is failing to uphold: 1) Under Articles 5 and 6 of the UN Convention on the Law of the Non-Navigational Uses of International Watercourses (1997), upstream and downstream countries have the right to equitably and reasonably utilize shared waters. 2) Article 7 of the 1997 Convention, along with customary international law, obliges upstream countries, like India, to prevent significant harm to downstream nations, such as Bangladesh. 3) The Espoo Convention (1991) and customary international law mandate that upstream countries notify and consult with downstream states before undertaking any activities that could significantly affect shared waters. Yet, India has consistently ignored these obligations and has never acknowledged the rights of Bangladesh and its people under international law. Despite these hostile actions, Indian officials continue to claim that they are friendly neighbors—yet they wonder why Bangladeshis hold such deep resentment against them. Is India truly a friendly neighbor to Bangladesh? Their actions speak louder than their words.
