The academy represents a radical shift in traditional workforce development. It requires no prior experience, no college degree, and promises zero student debt. Instead of paying for school, participants will actually be paid to learn. The 4-to-5-week intensive bootcamp is fully funded by Meta, covering all tuition, travel, lodging, and a daily stipend for trainees. Early this morning, a water main dating back more than 100 years ruptured near Sunset and Holloway, flooding streets and damaging homes and vehicles in West Hollywood. I was on site with LADWP crews working urgently — the water is off, and repairs are underway. If your property or vehicle was damaged, LADWP personnel are on site to help with damage assessments, and you can file a claim at Here's the bigger picture: this pipe was built in 1916.
