In elephant society, it’s the mothers who raise the babies and everyone, from auties to cousins pitches in. But when young adolescent bulls leave their natal herd, it is patriarchal older bulls who help keep their behaviour in check and pass on their learned wisdom to the brash young bachelors. We see this at our Reintegration Units all the time. Huge wild bulls have played a vital role in socialising with our orphaned males (and sired many a baby among our ex-orphan females too). Now our own orphans are taking on the mantle of mentor. Rapsu- a 23 year-old ex-orphan - is one such male who the younger bulls hero-worship. With good reason too as he will take the younger orphans under his wing and help shepherd them to a wild life.

claude fable 5 is live. spawn 5.0 was built with it: 1,687 prompts, 102 sessions, my job shifted from architecture to judging taste. what we built, each of which would've been at least a month with a whole team on opus: — a from-scratch physics engine (mantle) that rivals rapier, testable in a day as a side thread — clustered froxel lighting: 8 lights to 1,000+ fully dynamic ("it's stupid fast" — creator of threejs) — realtime diffuse GI on webgpu, on your phone (landing in the next update) — million-particle gpu vfx with a shader architecture beyond what unreal and unity ship — mmo-scale netcode plus, for good measure: an (alpha) native ios app. all of it in about a week. all of it running on mobile. and the list doesn't include half of what we shipped — full changelog in the thread below. and the part the benchmarks won't show you: this model has a wonderful personality. it's genuinely funny. i laughed so hard i cried multiple times, mid-physics-rewrite. the genius and the character aren't separate features.

Protestors are using fireworks, stones and Molotov cocktails to defend themselves against the Turkish security forces. The protests which have turned into riots have seen a surge of more militant groups and individuals joining the riots such as the HBDH and MAK Some reports claim that the Turkish security have began to use live bullets; until now they mainly relied on rubber bullets and water cannons. During the day Turkish security forces run targeted arrest operations with undercover officers. The situation is very reminiscent of the early stages of scenes we have witnessed from 2014-2016 Dead or wounded individuals on either side could have devastating effects on the level of escalation. RE MAK: The MAK has been active since November 2023, carrying out attacks and other activities on a regular basis. They are a decentralised movement of individuals working together for the cause of liberating Kurdistan. As of now: any claim of them being in coordination with other militant groups such as the TAK, YDGH (though both formerly don’t exist anymore) or the Kurdish workers party (PKK) military wing HPG is wrong. India has carried out the successful launch of Intermediate Range Agni-Prime Missile from a Rail based Mobile launcher system. This next generation missile is designed to cover a range up to 2000 km and is equipped with various advanced features. The first-of-its-kind launch carried out from specially designed Rail based Mobile Launcher, has the capability to move on Rail network without any pre-conditions that allows User to have a cross country mobility and launch within a short reaction time with reduced visibility. Congratulations to DRDO, Strategic Forces Command (SFC) and the Armed Forces on successful test of Intermediate Range Agni-Prime missile.
