PAMMA–BRAR AUDIO: SFJ RELEASES “SMOKING-GUN” EVIDENCE OF“KILL MONEY” PAID BY R&AW TO KARAN BRAR — AN ASSASSIN OF SHAHEED NIJJAR “We are compelled to release evidence of ‘Kill Money’ paid by the R&AW head in Ottawa to Shaheed Nijjar’s hitman to expose the Modi regime’s cover-up. India is using proxy gangs to portray a R&AW directed assassination as a gang vendetta. The money trail to assassins exposes that narrative.” — Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, General Counsel, SFJ Secessionist group Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) has today released a definitive visual evidence showing that “Kill Money” was funneled to assassin Karan Brar by Pawan Kumar Rai, the Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW) official expelled from Canada by the Trudeau government in September 2023. The newly released material includes a photograph of assassination suspect *Karan Brar holding a stack of currency that SFJ estimates at approximately $100,000, while holding a firearm. SFJ alleges that the firearm is linked to the assassination of Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar. SFJ is also releasing what it describes as operational records showing that expelled R&AW station chief Pawan Kumar Rai coordinated more than $300,000 in funding for the alleged hit team. According to SFJ, the R&AW operation provided the logistical, intelligence and financial infrastructure used to carry out the assassination of a Canadian citizen on Canadian soil. “We are forced to release this critical evidence publicly to counter Modi regimes disinformation and Indian diplomats covering India’s role in assassination of Shaheed Nijjar,” stated *Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, General Counsel for SFJ. “The Indian government is using state proxies, including the Goldy Brar syndicate, to push a false narrative—portraying a coordinated, state-directed assassination as a ‘gang-related vendetta.’ The money trail shatters that narrative and India’s deniability.” Pannun maintains that the assassination of Shaheed Nijjar was an act of transnational terrorism directed through India’s intelligence apparatus in Canada. SFJ is calling on Canadian intelligence agencies and federal prosecutors to examine the alleged R&AW financial pipeline as part of the ongoing proceedings and pursue accountability for any officials ultimately implicated by the evidence.

"When will the protests ever stop?" I asked Sikhs for Justice affiliate manjinder singh. "[Until] justice is [delivered] and [we] take Khalistan, then [it'll] stop." On the 16th month anniversary of the killing of their Gurdwara president, Hardeep Singh Nijjar, in Surrey, BC, Manjinder Singh and his friends gathered in front of the Indian consulate in Vancouver to lynch an effigy of Indian PM Modi, desecrate the Indian and Russian flags, and express their support for Canadian police and Justin Trudeau in their allegations that India is involved in various criminal activities in Canada targeting Khalistanis, like the late Nijjar. Manjinder Singh urges Canadians to stand with their government, arguing that India is Canada’s greatest enemy, while expressing appreciation for the decisions made by Trudeau’s government. Sikhs for Justice, the group Nijjar was a part of, is listed as a terrorist organization by India, and its members have reportedly received 'duty to warn' notices from the RCMP. One of its Ottawa organizers, Santokh Singh Khela, was previously convicted by a Canadian court and sentenced to life in prison for conspiring to blow up Air India flight 110 out of JFK, New York, in 1986, following the 1985 bombings—the deadliest terror attack in Canada's history. Although RCMP and Sikhs for Justice allege that India is behind the killing of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, India denies the allegation, saying that Canada never provided them with proof. Sept 10, 2023 - SFJ Named Indian Minister Amit Shah as "Killer of Shaheed Nijjar". Oct 29, 2024 - RCMP & CSIS Officials Confirmed Amit Shah Directed The Assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar. SFJ Statement: Sikhs For Justice Seeks Indian Minister Shah's Prosecution In Nijjar's Assassination Sikhs For Justice on 10 September 2023 named and accused Amit Shah as Indian Minister who directed the assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar. Today RCMP and CSIS Officials confirmed that there is no doubt that India's violent transnational repression which required an exorbitant budget and resources had the backing of Modi-Shah duo and not rouge agents as claimed by Indian officials. Statement of Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, General Counsel To Sikhs For Justice: “Amit Shah has weaponized India’s security agencies to hunt down and eliminate pro Khalistan activists, even beyond India’s borders. The assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar on Canadian soil is not just an isolated crime —it is part of a well thought policy executed under Shah’s directives to crush the voices of Sikhs advocating for self-determination and justice.” “Violent actions by Shah reflect a mindset which is threat to the sovereignty and security of Canada and America. The Modi-Shah regime has declared war on dissent, and the international community must take a stand against India's violent transnational repression. "Khalistan Referendum campaign will not be silenced or shut down in the face of India's blatant terrorism", added Pannun.
