My nephew was browsing through the shelves in my gaming room and asked where I keep the "older games that I played when I was his age" (he's 14 now). I showed him the section from the early 80s. Obviously, he didn't recognize a single game (making me feel quite old, haha), but for some reason Lode Runner caught his attention. I said that it's not a "pretty" game in terms of graphics or sound, but that it was one of my favorites back then. We loaded it up, I showed him for about 2 minutes what to do, and we ended up playing it for almost 3 hours. It made me happy for many reasons, but most of all grateful to see that these old games - despite their shortcomings in graphics and sound - can still fascinate even younger generations. Lode Runner by Brøderbund (1983), a truly timeless gem.

Hopes without actions simply become fantasies. As I was running today, I thought about these 3 things I do to set up my day for success. I've picked up these ideas from others over the years and the days I do them are typically way better than the days that I don't. 1.I focus on gratitude. Starting my day off with having an appreciation for what I currently have sets my day off in a positive direction. Of course we should have aspirations, but I love the saying that "5 years ago you were probably wishing you were where you are today. Gratitude brings needed perspective for the beginning of the day. 2.I visualize what my day is going to look like. I think about the positives and challenges I'll face throughout the day and finding success in what I'm aiming to do. If you visualize it before it happens it is more likely to come to fruition. 3.I plan out my actions and goals for the day. This can be things like step counts, workouts, job commitments, what I’m going to eat, and time with family. This is where the visualization comes to life. As I said earlier, hopes without actions simply become fantasies. I try to do this daily, and then the big goals that we have over the weeks, months and years, become a reality sooner than what we expect. #OneDayAtATimeRepeated is the goal!

FT Spurs 3- 2 Atletico Madrid What a fantastic display from the boys. We look so much better. There’s a belief in our play. That was a performance that every Tottenham fan has wanted to see tonight. Fight, spirit, and intent. We have forgotten our injury crisis and our relegation battle. The fans have been superb. Igor Tudor has 100% unlocked the door to Archie Gray and Mathys Tel in just 5 games. What a performance from the kid tonight. The start to the 2nd half was an absolute joke all day long. That’s a foul on Simon’s, in my humble opinion. What a strike it was from Xavi Simons to put us back in front again. Porro was unlucky not to put us 3-1 up. Great save by Musso. After Hancko’s header made it 2-2, the crowd started applauding the players. Then Xavi burst into the box and was bought down for the pen which he smashed home for a deserved win Great stuff. Everyone can see the effort tonight and was. Tudor has got them playing finally we have to give him credit. I leave the stadium proud and with hope what about you guys ? #COYS 🤍💙

‼️PLEASE READ‼️ If you are losing hope or motivation like I was earlier tonight, please I advise you to watch this. I explained and specified what I meant in some parts, but I truly hope this will help you to continue fighting. But at the end of the day, we have 2 options. We take the easy way out. Or we fight…We fight until Valko is home. Until infold hears us. But the key point in fighting, is showing love and support to others. if we want infold to hear us, we need to be just as loud as last week. Yes, July 9th is a blackout. Take the day to rest and recover, go on the game if you really feel the need to. But please, don’t spend any money. The fight is long from over. We can’t let the haters and other shit keep Valko hidden from us. It’s ok to take breaks, it’s ok to lose hope, but know we are all here to fight for you while you gain back the strength and motivation to bring our wolf home.
