But the judge went ahead and allowed the federal government to step in and dismiss the case and stop our litigation and stop our discovery against Pfizer, just based on the federal government say-so. "We are still, and we were hopeful, when the administration changed in January that we would have a change in position, within this administration. And certainly Bobby Kennedy knows all about the Pfizer fraud, and he is the client of the DOJ in this case.
