Between 1963 and the end of Obama, there were some 120 nationwide injunctions. In the first 5 months of Trump, there have been 40. 35 of those were out of the same jurisdictions. They likely would have punted on this, too, had you all abused it. They stopped it.

And they repeatedly asked the Supreme Court, “Guys, can you do something about this?” The Republican justices declined to do so.
