Why is the re-issue restricted to so few countries? A truly global re-release would have been ideal.

I watched it last night in IMAX 70mm at AMC Lincoln Square 13 in NYC. It was my 1st time watching it in theaters because of the COVID-19 lockdown but it was my 2nd time watching in total. It was incredible. 😎👍 The score to the opening scene..... 🤤🤤🤤
