We're not comparing ourselves to ANYONE. Just because someone in another state has a higher utility bill, that doesn't give you free reign for excuses to raise. NO ONE wanted the Smart Meters installed by out of state hired contractors. We want affordable energy. Stop the bulls#

Why are you allowing the fiber internet company to dig up people's back yards with out marking for utilities first. CSU says you should mark before digging or even putting a stake in the ground. Seems hypocritical and dangerous.But then again they hit gas lines that are marked
