Some personal news to share. I am very fortunate to be cancer free today, but I have been in a battle with both Lymphoma and a tumor in my parotid gland that I kept under wraps. I am sharing this now to hopefully be a resource to anyone who is struggling. After this experience, I have a different lens on a lot of things and I hope to help my friends & family find that same lens before running up against their own mortality. 'We only get one shot' may be a cliche...but it is the hard truth and running up against the shot clock earlier than you expect is an awful experience. 👉I am so impressed with how Tina Powell, Ryan Russell & Samantha Russell 👩🏼‍💻 and of course Gavin Spitzner had the courage to share their battle along the way. Frankly, I did not have the courage to do it. 📌If you are struggling with cancer and would like a sympathetic ear, my DMs are open to you. 👉Here is a short podcast on what I have learned during this experience. #Parotidectomy #lymphoma

‼️Dont ignore these early signs of Ovarian Cancer. It is possible to detect #ovariancancer if we are picking up the symptoms early by listening to women and investigating with a transvaginal USS and CA125 blood test **It’s important to know a CA125 and a ultrasound scan can come back normal. So if the tests are normal - STILL continue to track the symptoms and depending on the symptoms, risk factors etc a referral to gynaecologist might be needed for a further investigations such as CT, MRI or a Ovarian biopsy (a procedure where a small sample of tissue from the ovary is removed to check for abnormalities, most commonly to diagnose or stage ovarian cancer)** … thankfully my patient’s Ovarian Cancer was picked up early and now is doing well - post treatment Hope this helps

Naval says he used to be unhappy because he didn’t value happiness. Of course these days, things are different. Takeaways: - If you want to be happy, you need to value it -Desire will cloud your happiness. Most of us have many desires - You shouldn’t give up on your desires, but you want to be very careful which ones you have - If it seems dark and gloomy, it’s because you have too many desires running at once - Remember that happiness is not a sustainable state - Peace can be converted to happiness - Peace is happiness at rest, and happiness is peace in motion - If you are living a very peaceful and calm life and engage in activity, you will naturally find that that activity is happy, but if you set out to be happy, you won’t get there - The most important thing in the pursuit of happiness is that you value happiness - The two biggest clouds that cover happiness are survival (money) and replication (finding a mate) - We are meant to be happy. You can see that little kids running around are naturally happy. If a child is not happy, you say “what’s wrong?”

A personal message from the boss Tommy Robinson 🇬🇧 to me and my security team. It is thoughtful and goes along way. However it's not required. We go back 15 year's, it's been a long hard fought battle to get where we are today. It's very emotional, to think back on what we have had to endure. All those slurs, media lies, our families threatened, constant attacks of our characters etc etc ... thelist is endless and it still continues.
