experiment with bytedance's new SEED audio model... it's tricky to get consistent audio out of seedance prompts, esp if you want a multiclip story so i took the original 1min lowrez mulit-clip video i made here and handed it to both cc & codex with a FAL key... (more below)

I stopped writing giant video prompts. Now I build the audio first with Seed Audio 1.0. Dialogue, pauses, emotion, sound cues, all in one generation. Then I feed that audio into Seedance and the video follows the rhythm on its own. Timing, pacing, even camera feeling, all coming from the sound. Audio first. Video second. This is a different way to make AI films.

Seedance 2.5 Prompt Drop I'm sharing the prompts for this video and my previous two videos below. The effect is called the frame-break effect. The character overlaps the black bars at the top and bottom, creating the illusion of popping out of the screen. I tried it with Seedance 2.0 before but never quite got the result I wanted, so I decided to give it another shot with Seedance 2.5. Getting the bar sizes right is still tricky. The model seems to decide for itself. I tried specifying percentages, but the proportions still varied between generations. Camera movement can also make the bars move or change shape, while stronger instructions to keep them fixed can sometimes break the pop-out effect itself. I'd like to experiment more but this feels good enough to share, and I don't want to burn through more credits. 😅 If you try these prompts, remember to customize them for your own characters. And if you find a better way to control the effect, please share it with me too! Thanks for all the interest!

Audio Transcription with Google Gemini 1.5 Flash In this video, Gemini-Flash was able to transcribe 13 minutes of audio in 50-60 seconds. I have tested this with multiple audio files, and the transcription accuracy is close to 99%. If the audio is clear, you get 100% correct transcription. Even if the audio is really bad with a lot of noise, you still get around 95-96% accuracy. The code for this is available on GitHub. If you're interested, you can download and run it. You just need a Google API key.

🇳🇱🗽 This is ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 with my New Amsterdam (current day New York City) Simulator prompt Unlike previous models like Seedance 1.5 (which would add windmills that didn't look Dutch), it really accurately portrays the city as it was in 1670 It's very impressive and because it takes reference image/video/audio, you can put yourself in it like I did here Only thing bad I see is some distortion in is some of the text which other video models seem to do better now, but yes it's very impressive This is purposely made to look a bit like a game, so it can do more photorealism than this actually
