It's 360 bucks! But the trial is free. Opentoonz and Tahoma2d are free, but I'm finding Spine's interface and features both are too good!

Got the eye rig to work as well I'm really happy how it turned out. I do have a shrinkwrap modifier on the head to help the shape but it can be turned off for more extreme shapes. Next i'll work on some arkit shapes for face tracking.
