sonner by Emil Kowalski is already one of the most used toast libs in the React ecosystem. and it actually has this problem as well. a while back I wrote about preventing duplicate toasts by giving them an id. same action, same id → update the existing toast. no stacking. no spam. just clean feedback. tiny API detail. huge UX upgrade.

motion should be dynamic — adapting to the interaction instead of playing the same fixed values every time. in this example the pill's stretch and blur scale with how fast it travels. Apple takes dynamic motion to the extreme with liquid glass ui. it's too much for my liking.

yk i get emotional everytime i see this video of jun making toast for svt during melona days (svt tv) huhu i remeber watching that real time and i was like awww he's so sweet and now im crying like a baby bec now that im older i realized that he doesn't know how to speak korean very well that time and the only way to show his love for svt members who are busy getting ready for sch is to make them toast for light bfast 😭 bye i miss my jun so much
