Due to shite parenting

Parents need to parent - I live by a primary school and it’s unusual to see an adult accompanying a child not on their phone and more often than not a child in a pushchair has a device too.

Yes, and many babies and toddlers are in day care for 8 to 10 hours a day as parents have to work. The adults do their best in daycare, but it's not the same as having 24/7 1to1 conversations with Mummy or Daddy all day, is it? They have a lot of other kids to look after as well.
