40’000 more per week now is it? With GPs- you know, those private provider GPs- working as they see fit? With consultants on part private contracts, and unions not fond of overtime? But Scanners- more scanners! Scanners that self operate and diagnose when doctors won’t work the overtime? Wow! Amazing! Truly innovative! Pity you didn’t test this in Wales, where you’ve had free run at NHS W for years. Where waiting lists are worse. And satisfaction is very low indeed. But let’s not mention that, eh? #LabourLies

Hang on a bit: Understanding UK tax rules: Tax avoidance, which involves using legal means to minimize tax liabilities (like investing in ISAs), is legal. On the other hand, tax evasion—deliberately hiding income or information from HMRC—is illegal.

Tells me nothing. “Tax avoidance” and “Non Doms”. Ok. How much will that generate? How much will these new appointments etc cost and who will staff them in an NHS already running at full speed. Details would be lovely.
