Would someone please come and measure the appalling air #pollution taking place right NOW at Gerrardstown, Ballyboughal. We're unable to breathe here as the stench of slurry is so bad it's entering the house with all doors and windows closed! This is extremely dangerous to health

At last nights meeting of Fingal County Council, I proposed a motion to compel Fingal County Council to release the figures relating to the number of foreign nationals currently on the local authority's social housing waiting list. A similar question asked by a Cllr from Fine Gael in 2011, when answered, found that 51% of the individuals on the housing list at the time were foreign nationals. A figure that has likely only risen after 14 more years of sustained mass immigration. Last nights motion was seconded by Aontú Cllr Gerard Sheehan, who stated that he was against the motion but wanted the issue discussed. The Labour Party Mayor reprimanded Aontú for "working with the far-right", Cllr Ellen Troy jumped in to throw Cllr Sheehan under the bus and declared that Cllr Sheehan's support of the motion being floored "wasn't Aontú", as you will see in the video that will follow. After pushing for a vote on my motion, the motion was defeated 28-1, with both Aontú Cllrs joining the government and leftist parties to prevent updated stats on numbers of foreign nationals on the housing list being released. The actions of Ellen Troy in Fingal County Council last night, as well as her willingness to throw her own party colleague under the bus when he dared to allow open discussion of the effects of mass immigration into Ireland, shows definitively that Troy and Aontú leadership are more than happy to be joined at the hip with the Irish regime. The 28-1 vote result should tell you all you need to know about who the real opposition in Ireland is. Join the National Party.

On Monday night in Fingal, councillors rezoned Dunsink, opening the land to a potential 40,000+ new residents; roughly the population of Leitrim. If those future inhabitants were locals or even people from Leitrim and if the infrastructure was ready, I might have backed the plan - yet they will not be and the council cannot say where the newcomers will come from. I voted against it because they couldn’t guarantee who the eventual inhabitants would be, coupled with the fact that little to no consideration had been given to wildlife, the ecosystem or the already established community in Finglas. The measure passed by thirty nine votes to one. This decision and many others like it flow directly from mass immigration into Ireland. That influx floods the housing market with new arrivals, makes homes scarcer for the native people and drives a speculative bubble. It creates a profitable setting for vulture funds and corporate landlords who often operate under state contracts to house a swelling foreign population. In effect, mass immigration operates as a modern plantation that replaces native Irish people with outsiders and transfers control of land and homes away from the national community. We are witnessing a vast handover of Irish territory and housing stock from Irish hands into foreign ownership. The National Party is the only party that stands in their way. We need a society where home ownership spreads as widely as possible among the Irish people. Without that spread, we face the polarisation, division and resentment that hollows out younger generations. We already see postponed family formation fewer children and serious social consequences on the horizon. High inequality and widespread dissatisfaction will erode private property rights for everyone except the super rich who stay shielded from the backlash. Remigration will reverse the alienation of Irish land from its national community. It will ease pressure on housing supply, which helps first-time Irish buyers and moves housing away from lopsided speculation toward its true purpose of supporting the next generation. There is only one pension scheme that works over the long term, and that is family formation. Getting young Irish people onto the housing ladder early remains essential for lasting economic and social stability. Restricting home ownership to Irish citizens rather than opening it to a vast global population stands as the necessary regulatory step. I recently submitted a motion inside Fingal County Council asking that all housing in the state be reserved for Irish people only, it never even made it to the floor for debate. As well as home ownership being the ideal, there should be a safety net of social housing available solely to native Irish people. Sustainable welfare systems demand high levels of national solidarity something that weakens when the system stretches to serve ever larger numbers of non natives. Irelands housing, land and future must serve the Irish people and the Irish people alone. The National Party will deliver a government that will do just that.

🇮🇪🚨 The Irish Dáil [Parliament] started again today after their summer break and the first thing that happened was a speech from €263,000-a-year plus expenses Ceann Comhairle Verona Murphy, demanding new laws to clamp down on free speech on X. The more damage to Irish society that the Irish Government [Fine Gael & Fianna Fáil] does to Ireland, the more they call for authoritarian behaviour and the cancellation of free speech and debate. Everything these politicians do now is linked to making Ireland a more authoritarian state and to removing our speech and freedoms. Meanwhile, Irish demographics have collapsed. The housing crisis is the worst in the history of the Irish State. It has become incredibly difficult to find places to rent and buy. The immigration crisis is now a complete open-border crisis. Violent crime by migrants is up. They are just not listening to Irish people anymore and are treating us as the problem. There are not enough prisons, hospitals, power stations, or other critical infrastructure. The Irish indigenous economy is weak. Government spending under FG & FF has exploded and we would be running at multi year deficits if they had to rely on the Irish indigenous economy. The US multinational is keeping Ireland on life support, and Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil desperately need to keep these foreign companies staffed with migrant employees. Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil are funding and controlling mainsteam media who are gaslighting and pumping out State propaganda. FG & FF are funding a huge NGO industry in Ireland who behave like a shadow Government. Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil are to blame for all of this.

It’s actually happening New York passed The "COPA Act” and will force sales of certain personal properties to the government and NGOs New York Councilwoman Vickie Paladino actually speaks out against it and confirms they will steal homes “Absolutely ridiculous and shameful, shame, shame on all of you” “In regard to what we're just talking about now, COPA, how wrong can a person be or a body of a government be when we start to take the individual rights away from the homeowner, whether it's a two family house, three family house, four family house, what does it matter? The fact is the person owns the home, they have the right to sell the home to whomever they please. The idea that we have to consult with the building department and give a six month period of time for someone else to make an offer is absolutely outrageous. And to say it's government overreach is 100% true. This is absolutely maniacal.” “I do not understand how this body works when it comes to individual citizens of this city. This is overreach at its very best. I'm a homeowner, and no one is going to tell me or anybody else I know that's worked so damn hard to own a three or a four family home that I have to submit the ability to sell my house first to the building department and then offer it up to a non-for-profit when my neighbor across the street may want to buy it.” “Absolutely ridiculous and everybody in this room should be terribly embarrassed — Absolutely ridiculous and shameful, shame, shame on all of you”

BREAKING: Christian barrister blocked from practicing in Irish courts - Senior Counsel runs away when questioned on transgenderism. Martina and Ammi Burke today visited the Ploughing Championships in Co. Laois. The Bar of Ireland were present at the show for the first time, with a prominent message of ‘inclusion’ and welcome for all. The Burkes attended however to question The Bar of Ireland on the ongoing exclusion of Simeon Burke from acquiring a Master and thereafter practicing at the Bar. Simeon is the brother of teacher Enoch Burke who is in Mountjoy Prison for refusing to accept transgender ideology. Simeon was called to the Bar last year. He graduated from Cambridge University in 2022. The Bar Council has stated to the Legal Services Regulatory Authority (LSRA), a statutory body, that "every pupil is assured of a master" (2018) and that "there are enough masters for pupils" (2021). Simeon Burke has sought a master for the last two years. The Bar Council, in contradiction to its statements above to the government, has refused to provide assistance to Simeon Burke. At The Bar of Ireland booth the Burkes met Michael O'Connor SC, a senior barrister. Martina Burke explained to him the situation regarding her son and asked him whether people who don't endorse transgenderism are welcome at the Bar. O’Connor replied that he didn't know and subsequently fled out of the tent. The Burkes also spoke to Ingrid Miley, former RTE correspondent and current Junior Counsel. Ms Miley refused to answer questions and fled out of the tent surrounded by security. Ms Miley was subsequently bundled into a van which left the scene at a high speed. The Bar of Ireland declares itself to be "committed to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion". This is a mockery when it simultaneously condones the ongoing exclusion from legal practice in the Courts of a highly-qualified law student who will not endorse transgenderism. The Bar of Ireland is not welcoming to anyone who will not accept transgender ideology.

UAE plans world’s first underwater bullet train connecting Dubai to Mumbai | Joseph Shavit, Brighter Side of News UAE unveils plans for a record-breaking underwater train linking Dubai and Mumbai, blending high-speed travel with marine views. A groundbreaking transportation project is in the works—one that could forever change how long-distance travel is imagined. The United Arab Emirates has revealed plans for a massive underwater train that would connect the port city of Fujairah with Mumbai, India’s financial hub. Covering nearly 1,200 miles beneath the Arabian Sea, this engineering marvel aims to combine speed, luxury, and scenic immersion. With a projected travel speed between 600 and 1,000 kilometers per hour, the journey promises to outpace flights, offering a smoother, more visually captivating experience. “This is not just about transport, but an immersive experience,” said Dr. Ahmed Al Hariri, who leads the UAE’s National Advisor Bureau. The train, initially floated as an idea in 2018, is no longer a mere concept. Now actively pursued, it blends utility with spectacle. Panoramic windows lining the tunnel will allow travelers to witness the vibrant underwater world while racing beneath the waves. With both countries looking to expand trade and tourism, the project is more than a marvel—it’s a strategic bridge between two thriving regions. Beyond Transit: Trade, Tourism, and Rivalry This high-speed rail isn’t solely about moving people across borders. It’s designed to serve dual purposes—transporting goods such as freshwater from India to the UAE and oil in the reverse direction. Dubai sees it as a way to deepen trade partnerships with India while also redefining what tourism can be. As the UAE pushes ahead, the project has stirred comparisons with Saudi Arabia’s $1 trillion NEOM city initiative. Both Gulf nations are competing to lead the region’s next wave of futuristic infrastructure. If Dubai completes this undersea route before NEOM opens its doors, it could gain a symbolic edge. Sara Ahmed, a travel blogger based in Dubai, emphasized the project’s allure: “The underwater train isn’t just about getting from point A to B. It’s about relishing the wonders of the marine world.” The rivalry isn’t just about spectacle. Both countries aim to become global symbols of innovation. While Saudi Arabia builds artificial islands and futuristic skylines, the UAE is diving into the ocean to carve out its legacy. The Technical Mountain Ahead Building such a colossal structure beneath the sea comes with significant engineering and financial challenges. The train would need to withstand intense water pressure, ensure passenger safety at high speeds, and deliver reliability over thousands of trips. There are also psychological barriers to overcome—some people may feel claustrophobic or uneasy traveling deep underwater. Rajesh Verma, a businessman in Mumbai, expressed caution: “I’ve always been wary of the ocean’s depths. As much as I love the idea, I’ll likely stick to conventional modes of transport.” For many, it’s not just about the technology, but the comfort of knowing it works without flaws. Still, the financial commitment is not the UAE’s greatest concern. With deep pockets and a track record of delivering iconic projects—from the world’s tallest skyscraper to the man-made Palm Islands—Dubai’s leaders are more focused on technological feasibility than on cost. Experts estimate the project could cost several billion dollars, depending on materials, design, and the tunnel’s complexity. Initial reports suggest the use of transparent materials instead of traditional opaque bricks, creating a unique window into the marine ecosystem. That vision aligns with the broader goal of crafting an unforgettable travel experience rather than just a faster commute. A Journey Like No Other If completed, the Dubai-Mumbai train will dwarf the Channel Tunnel between England and France in both scale and ambition. While the Channel Tunnel spans just 35 miles and runs at modest speeds of 70 miles per hour, this new project plans to stretch over 1,200 miles and operate at speeds ten times faster. Passengers will not just travel—they will encounter an oceanic world through the train’s clear walls. The experience could easily find a place on travelers’ bucket lists. Some have already begun referring to it as the "Deep Blue Express." However, the question remains: can such a massive project be delivered safely and sustainably? Those behind the project believe so. A feasibility report is now being commissioned to explore the materials, construction methods, and environmental impact. That report will shape whether the idea remains a dream or becomes the world's most advanced rail system. The train’s potential extends beyond engineering or aesthetics. It’s a bold statement about how humans can rethink geography. It’s a bridge between cultures, markets, and innovations. Whether it becomes a staple of global travel or serves as inspiration for future projects, the underwater train project already stands as a testament to human vision and determination. What the Future Holds The success of this bold venture will rest on more than just construction. Public confidence, regulatory approvals, and environmental planning must align. Nonetheless, the Dubai-Mumbai train has sparked imaginations across the world and ignited new discussions about what’s possible in global travel. At a time when nations are reimagining how cities and transport networks interact, this project represents the next logical step: one that literally plunges into uncharted waters. As with most pioneering ventures, it may take years, if not decades, to complete. But its very announcement pushes the boundaries of what’s considered possible. Whether you one day ride the Deep Blue Express or watch its progress from afar, its story marks a new era in engineering and global connection. And for the UAE, it’s another chance to show that when it comes to bold ideas, no challenge is too deep. My graphic illustrates the high number of vacant and derelict properties in Dublin City. It also shows 4,666 entire houses or apartments currently listed for short-term letting on the Airbnb platform, with a total of 18,649 across Ireland. By the way, the red blocks in my graphic represent some of the derelict and vacant sites in Dublin City, while the red houses represent Airbnb short-term rentals. The graphic also highlights a new housing development at Fosterstown Place in Swords where Ryanair purchased 25 out of 28 homes. Ireland's housing system is dysfunctional and not fit for purpose as it fails to deter vulture funds from bulk buying properties that could be homes for individual buyers. On May 20, 2021, the Irish Government introduced a 10% stamp duty on bulk purchases of residential houses. This measure aimed to discourage large-scale acquisitions by investors and vulture funds. This is one of the reasons why the housing system is broken in Ireland. Ryanair cabin crew salaries in Ireland are notably lower than those of their counterparts at other airlines. Their pay ranges from €17,000 to €29,000, depending on flight hours and additional bonuses. The average salary for cabin crew across Ireland is approximately €2,120 per month or €25,400 annually, indicating that Ryanair's pay is about 15% lower than the national average for flight attendants. It's worth mentioning that Michael O'Leary's current salary stands at €1.2 million—about €49,271 per month. His total compensation package could reach up to €4.7 million, depending on performance bonuses. O'Leary's net worth, primarily derived from his shareholding in Ryanair, is estimated at around €700 million. It's no wonder Ryanair staff struggle to afford average rent in Dublin. Last January, the airline purchased 25 out of 28 homes in a new housing development at Fosterstown Place in Swords. Ryanair stated that these properties were acquired to accommodate staff who work at Dublin Airport. However, to make matters worse, 18 of these homes are sitting empty—six months after the developer completed them. Homelessness in Ireland has reached another new record high, with 14,760 people homeless and relying on emergency accommodation, including 4,561 children from 2,133 families, according to the latest figures released by the Department of Housing. The Government failed to meet its social and affordable housing targets by 2,680 homes last year and significantly underestimated the number of houses needed to be built annually by 17,000. It's widely accepted that Ireland requires up to 50,000 additional houses each year; however, the government's "Housing for All" plan only aims to build an average of 33,000. The Housing for All plan, launched by the Irish government in September 2021, is their housing strategy aimed at addressing the country's housing crisis. However, since its implementation, statistics have revealed alarming trends: • Total homelessness increased by 74%, from 8,475 to 14,760. • Homeless adults increased by 66%, from 6,131 to 10,199 . • Homeless children increased by 95%, from 2,344 to 4,561. The 2022 Census shows that the country has 166,752 vacant homes and 66,135 empty holiday homes. Notably, nearly a third of these vacant homes (48,387) have been unoccupied since 2016. Predictably, rent has doubled over the past 13 years and house prices have surged by 55%, marking the fastest growth in any major EU economy. Average rents have soared by 43% compared to pre-Covid levels, with Dublin rents now averaging €2,476. In the capital, a typical three-bed semi-detached home costs €517,333. The average house price in Dublin is rising by €469 per week. To purchase a new home in Dublin priced around €395,000, a first-time buyer typically needs an annual income of at least €77,142 and must also have a minimum deposit of 10%, amounting to around €39,500. This financial barrier helps explain why an estimated 10,600 people left Ireland to live in Australia last year, up from 4,700 the previous year—a staggering 126% increase. This marks the highest level of emigration to Australia since 2013. Currently, vulture funds own 1 in 6 mortgages in the Irish housing market, while cuckoo funds and the State purchase 42% of new homes. This situation has led to a record number of first-time buyers competing for the smallest supply of housing stock in over a decade. Nationally, just over 11,000 homes are available for purchase, a stark contrast to 2012 when 60,000 homes were on the market. A garda and a nurse with a combined salary of €89,000 cannot afford a three-bedroom semi-detached house in greater Dublin. To add to the crisis, the income needed to buy a new home in Dublin is €127,000, which surpasses even a TD's basic salary of €108,987. Consequently, 68% of people in their late 20s still live with their parents, a figure that is nearly 26% higher than the EU average of 42.1%. #Dublin #Ireland #HousingCrisis #DerelictIreland #homeless #Airbnb #GE2024 #Ryanair #HousingForAll

My graphic illustrates the large number of vacant and derelict properties in Dublin City. It also shows the 4,666 entire houses or apartments currently listed for short-term letting on the Airbnb platform, with a total of 18,649 across Ireland. Landowners owe councils €50 million as 90% of vacant site levies go unpaid. Intended to prevent land hoarding and accelerate housing development, only €138,335 of €9.6 million owed in 2022 was collected. Thirteen of 31 local authorities issued no demands, and of the 18 that did, only four collected any money. Dublin City Council imposed nearly €4.9 million in levies but collected nothing. The prolonged dereliction of properties should be considered social vandalism, a crime against the state and the common good. An effective vacant and derelict tax, coupled with a compulsory sales order, could dissuade landlords from hoarding land, particularly sites that have been vacant and derelict for an extended period. We are excited to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Global Gases Group, led by Mr. Deepak Mehta, to establish gas plants for the production of liquefied medical oxygen in Nigeria. This collaboration aims to ensure a steady and reliable supply of high-quality medical oxygen across the country. This partnership is a game changer for Nigeria and the subregion and directly aligns with the Nigeria Health Sector Renewal Investment Initiative (#NHSRII) and the President’s Bola Ahmed Tinubu Government of Nigeria Executive Order to unlock the healthcare value chain. The planned facilities, each capable of producing 100 tons per day, will be strategically located in 3 urban clusters located in North and South of Nigeria in the first phase. This will ensure that medical oxygen is accessible to a broader population, meeting both current and future demands. The MoU outlines several key commitments from both parties. Global Gases Group (GGG) will complete feasibility studies and business case development, invest in technology, gas storage and distribution infrastructure, and provide necessary training and development for the project. Utilizing cryogenic air separation technology, these plants will offer a sustainable, affordable, accessible, and scalable (SAAS) solution for medical-grade oxygen production. This technology provides higher purity levels (>99.5%) and reliability compared to traditional methods. The project will also lay the groundwork for a more resilient and responsive healthcare system capable of withstanding future challenges such as pandemics. Importantly, it will contribute to local skill development and job creation. Reflecting on the #Covid_19 pandemic, many Nigerians and CEDEAO_ECOWAS citizens suffered due to severe oxygen shortages. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the leadership of Global Gases and Dr. Abdul Mukhtar Abdu Mukhtar of the Presidential Value Chain Initiative (PVAC) for their pivotal roles in making this partnership a reality.

🚨Upcoming Villas near Shankarpally From a reputed builder : Think Twice Before Submitting an EOI I see some Channel Partners are inviting EOIs for the upcoming villa project in Chandippa Village near Shankarpally from a reputed builder. Location: I visited the site a few days ago. While it is close to Shankarpally town, it is actually located within Chandippa Village. The village is separated from the town by a railway line and a river, with only a bridge on Chevella Road providing access. I don't expect Shankarpally's growth to expand towards this side anytime soon. A quick look at Google Maps also shows very limited development around the area. As seen in Google Maps and the videos I shared, the approach road to the site passes right through the village, and the project is literally attached to the village. In my view, this limits its appeal and appreciation potential. At the current EOI price of around ₹7,999/sft and an expected launch price of ₹9,000/sft, I personally don't think it offers good value and given the current access and location, I don't think it will appreciate further too. Also, the land is currently in a Conservation Zone and will require conversion approvals before obtaining HMDA and RERA permissions(HMDA Zone map attached) My suggestion: do thorough due diligence before investing. Visit the site personally and verify the points I have mentioned before making a decision

San Bernardino County Fire and CAL FIRE Partner on Front Country Fuel Reduction Project SAN BERNARDINO, CA — The San Bernardino County Fire Protection District, assisted by CAL FIRE, began Phase 1 of the North San Bernardino Front Country Fuel Reduction Project. This proactive wildfire mitigation effort is designed to reduce fire risk and improve protection for communities along the northern edge of the City of San Bernardino. The project will establish a 50-foot-wide fuel break extending approximately one mile from Highway 18 west to Devils Canyon. Crews will be removing vegetation and reducing available fuels that could contribute to wildfire growth and spread. Historically, several significant wildfires have originated in this area and threatened homes and neighborhoods throughout North San Bernardino. The construction of this fuel break will help slow the spread of future wildfires, improve firefighter access, and provide an additional layer of protection for residents and property. Work on the project is expected to take approximately one to two weeks to complete. Residents may see firefighting personnel, equipment, and vegetation removal operations occurring throughout the project area during this time. While this project represents an important investment in wildfire preparedness, San Bernardino County Fire reminds residents that the threat of wildfire exists year-round. There is no better time than now for homeowners to create and maintain defensible space around their homes by removing dead vegetation, clearing combustible materials, and following recommended fire-safe landscaping practices. For more information on defensible space and wildfire preparedness, visit Date: June 22, 2026 Location: San Bernardino, CA Media Contact: Christopher Prater, Public Information Officer, [email protected]/(909) 665-2383

Today in Edo Central, Practical Governance was on full display. I began the day inspecting progress at the site of the Edo State College of Nursing, Health Sciences and Technology in Udomi—a visionary project signed just last month. I am pleased to report that work has commenced in earnest, and we are on course for its timely completion and commissioning. This institution will play a vital role in strengthening our healthcare and human capital development agenda. From there, I proceeded to inspect the newly completed 2.5MVA injection sub-station in Udomi, Esan Central LGA—an electrification project that fulfills a major campaign promise. With this infrastructure, over six communities including Udomi I, Ujabhole I, Unogbo, Idimoghodor, Ibhioloulu, and Afuda will enjoy reliable power supply for the first time in decades. This is more than electricity; it's a spark of hope and economic empowerment for thousands. I wrapped up the day assessing remedial works on the Benin-Ekpoma Road, a critical route for commerce and movement across our state. Easing the burden of traffic on this corridor is essential, and we are making real progress. I thank the Edo State House of Assembly for their support in actualizing the College of Nursing and Health Science, and I commend our technical partners, including BEDC, for working with us to deliver power to our people. Ireland's housing system is in a state of disrepair, primarily due to ineffective Government policies. My graphic illustrates the large number of vacant and derelict properties in Dublin City. It also shows the 4,666 entire houses or apartments currently listed for short-term letting on the Airbnb platform, with a total of 18,649 across Ireland. According to the Department of Housing, 9,671 adults and a record 4,170 children found themselves in emergency accommodation last month. The 2022 Census shows that the country has 166,752 vacant homes and 66,135 empty holiday homes. Interestingly, nearly a third of these vacant homes (48,387) have been unoccupied long-term since 2016. Predictably, rent has doubled over the past 13 years and house prices have surged by 55%, marking the fastest growth in any major EU economy. To add to the crisis, the income needed to buy a new home in Dublin is €127,000, which surpasses even a TD's basic salary of €108,987. Consequently, 68% of people in their late 20s still live with their parents, a figure that is nearly 26% higher than the EU average of 42.1%. #Dublin #Ireland #HousingCrisis #DerelictIreland #homeless #Airbnb

This is again a project of an unfathomable scale that's just been completed in China and barely anyone has heard of it in the rest of the world China has just finished constructing a continuous 3,046-kilometer (1,892-mile) green barrier - made of plants and trees - completely encircling the Taklamakan Desert, the world's second-largest shifting sand desert which is about the size of Germany (!). To put this in perspective, this is like building a living wall from Paris to Istanbul, or from Los Angeles to Chicago – except they built it in one of the world's most inhospitable environments. They spent about 40 years building this "green wall". The final 285 kilometers was completed in 2024 on November 28. They built the "wall" with desert-hardy plants like Populus euphratica (desert poplar), Haloxylon (saxaul), and Tamarix (salt cedar), along with innovative sand-control engineering and solar panel installations. The objective of the project is to contain the desert's expansion and to protect surrounding agricultural areas and cities from sandstorms. Before this project, many towns in the region had to be relocated multiple times due to encroaching sand. For instance, the town of Qira in Xinjiang had to move three times in its history, with sand dunes once approaching as close as 1.5 kilometers from the town center. This is easily one of human history's most ambitious and grandest ecological engineering projects. It's insane when you think about it: completely containing a desert the size of Germany! And it's also insane how little attention this has received globally: sadly we've apparently lost the capacity to be impressed by such a project, let alone have the boldness of vision to conceive of one ourselves. All resulting in the fact that whilst China is out there completing 40-year missions to tame entire deserts, we can barely fix potholes in our roads.

Palghar is becoming Maharashtra's next growth engine. This district is not just a part of Maharashtra's growth story. It is the chapter that will define it. Under the visionary leadership of Hon. PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji, projects that once seemed distant possibilities are today taking concrete shape. Reviewed key aspects of the proposed Vadhavan Port at Chinchani Beach, including internal road network, forest clearances, power supply, rail connectivity, land acquisition, water supply, skill development and compensation for fishermen. Spread over 1,448 hectares with an estimated cost of ₹76,220 crore, this greenfield port will handle next-generation vessels with a 20-metre deep draft, making it capable of berthing the world's largest ships, something no Indian port can offer today. At three times the capacity of JNPA, it will rank among the world's top 10 ports and is expected to generate 10 lakh jobs. What matters equally to me is how we build this. Through open dialogue, fair rehabilitation, ITI upgradation, skill training and a dedicated fisheries institute, we are committed to ensuring that the people of this land, our tribal communities, our fishermen, our youth, are not just witnesses to this progress but its primary beneficiaries. Also inspected the ongoing construction work and reviewed the project layout of the Boisar Station under the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train Project. Work is progressing well and officials have been instructed to maintain pace and quality within the decided timelines. Once operational, Boisar will connect to BKC in under thirty minutes, opening up this entire region economically. This is a project that will genuinely change the character of Palghar. Also reviewed the site of the proposed offshore Airport in Palghar district, which is going to be India's first offshore airport. This project adds a critical third dimension to this connectivity picture. Situated in proximity to the Dedicated Freight Corridor, the Bullet Train, the Uttan-Virar Sea Link, the Mumbai-Vadodara Expressway and the Mumbai-Ahmedabad National Highway, it will significantly improve connectivity while easing the growing passenger load on Mumbai Airport. The pre-feasibility report has confirmed the site as viable and the DPR has been ordered today. Also discussed the MMRDA-developed Narangi Creek Bridge, a ₹850 crore, 4.10 km project that will directly connect Vasai-Virar with Saphale, Palghar and Boisar, reducing travel distance by nearly 40 km and travel time by around 45 minutes. Also held detailed discussions on the Uttan-Virar Sea Link, a proposed six-lane project worth approximately ₹58,754 crore that once complete will directly connect to the Mumbai-Ahmedabad National Highway, making travel between South Mumbai and Ahmedabad faster, safer and more convenient. Inspected the construction and reviewed progress on the Vadodara-Mumbai section of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, one of India's most ambitious infrastructure undertakings. A defining feature of this 8-lane greenfield corridor is its direct connectivity to JNPA, enabling faster, more efficient and cost-effective freight movement from North India and giving a major boost to the country's logistics chain. It will also offer a reliable alternative to the congested Thane-Bhiwandi-Ghodbunder routes, with travel time between Vadodara and Mumbai set to reduce from 8 hours to approximately 4 once complete. Vadhavan Port, Bullet Train, Offshore Airport, Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, Uttan-Virar Sea Link, Narangi Creek Bridge, Virar-Alibaug Corridor. Each project is significant on its own. Together, they are building the Fourth Mumbai, a new economic centre of gravity rising in Palghar, under the visionary leadership of Hon PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji and the resolve of a government that has cleared decades of stalled decisions. Palghar is emerging as a major growth engine for Maharashtra, opening new opportunities in ports, transport, industry, exports and employment. This is the Maharashtra we are building, and Palghar is leading the way. Minister Ganesh Naik ji, Minister Nitesh Rane, MP Dr Hemant Savara, MLA Rajendra Gavit and senior officials were present. 🙏 जय महाराष्ट्र Ganesh Naik Nitesh Rane Dr. Hemant Savara Mp Rajendra Gavit Official #Maharashtra #Palghar #InfrastructureDevelopment
