Works are progressing at the spectacular Baldoyle Community Centre and Racecourse Park Carpark. Completely funded by Fingal County Council through its Community Development & Parks & Green Infrastructure Departments. When constructed, the Baldoyle Community Centre will prioritise sustainability and accessibility and will have a green roof and rain-garden to promote biodiversity and ecology. The circular design will minimise visual disruption to the surrounding area and there will be ample bike parking to encourage the use of sustainable transport. There will also be accessible parking and electric vehicle charging points. The central sports hall will have three courts and the overall complex will have four multi-purpose community rooms as well as externally accessible sports rooms for use by the likes of Baldoyle United FC, Na Dubh Ghall GAA Club and Suttonians Rugby Football Club who use pitches in Racecourse Park. Today I brought an emergency motion to Fingal County Council calling on the Government to invoke Protocol 21 and opt out of the EU Migration Pact. It was rejected. Ireland is being signed up to binding EU migration quotas that were never put to the Irish people in a referendum. Protocol 21 is a legal opt-out that exists specifically to protect Irish sovereignty and this Government refuses to even discuss using it. Most politicians won't touch this topic. I will. The people of Blanchardstown-Mulhuddart didn't elect me to stay quiet on the issue that matters most to them. Mass migration is reshaping this country at a pace and scale that nobody voted for and the response from the political establishment is silence, deflection, or accusations of bad faith against anyone who raises it. I will keep bringing these motions. I will keep asking the questions others won't and I will keep representing the people who sent me to that chamber to speak plainly and without apology.

At last nights meeting of Fingal County Council, I proposed a motion to compel Fingal County Council to release the figures relating to the number of foreign nationals currently on the local authority's social housing waiting list. A similar question asked by a Cllr from Fine Gael in 2011, when answered, found that 51% of the individuals on the housing list at the time were foreign nationals. A figure that has likely only risen after 14 more years of sustained mass immigration. Last nights motion was seconded by Aontú Cllr Gerard Sheehan, who stated that he was against the motion but wanted the issue discussed. The Labour Party Mayor reprimanded Aontú for "working with the far-right", Cllr Ellen Troy jumped in to throw Cllr Sheehan under the bus and declared that Cllr Sheehan's support of the motion being floored "wasn't Aontú", as you will see in the video that will follow. After pushing for a vote on my motion, the motion was defeated 28-1, with both Aontú Cllrs joining the government and leftist parties to prevent updated stats on numbers of foreign nationals on the housing list being released. The actions of Ellen Troy in Fingal County Council last night, as well as her willingness to throw her own party colleague under the bus when he dared to allow open discussion of the effects of mass immigration into Ireland, shows definitively that Troy and Aontú leadership are more than happy to be joined at the hip with the Irish regime. On Monday night in Fingal, councillors rezoned Dunsink, opening the land to a potential 40,000+ new residents; roughly the population of Leitrim. If those future inhabitants were locals or even people from Leitrim and if the infrastructure was ready, I might have backed the plan - yet they will not be and the council cannot say where the newcomers will come from. I voted against it because they couldn’t guarantee who the eventual inhabitants would be, coupled with the fact that little to no consideration had been given to wildlife, the ecosystem or the already established community in Finglas. The measure passed by thirty nine votes to one. This decision and many others like it flow directly from mass immigration into Ireland. That influx floods the housing market with new arrivals, makes homes scarcer for the native people and drives a speculative bubble. It creates a profitable setting for vulture funds and corporate landlords who often operate under state contracts to house a swelling foreign population. In effect, mass immigration operates as a modern plantation that replaces native Irish people with outsiders and transfers control of land and homes away from the national community. We are witnessing a vast handover of Irish territory and housing stock from Irish hands into foreign ownership. The National Party is the only party that stands in their way. We need a society where home ownership spreads as widely as possible among the Irish people. Without that spread, we face the polarisation, division and resentment that hollows out younger generations. We already see postponed family formation fewer children and serious social consequences on the horizon. High inequality and widespread dissatisfaction will erode private property rights for everyone except the super rich who stay shielded from the backlash. Remigration will reverse the alienation of Irish land from its national community. It will ease pressure on housing supply, which helps first-time Irish buyers and moves housing away from lopsided speculation toward its true purpose of supporting the next generation. There is only one pension scheme that works over the long term, and that is family formation. Getting young Irish people onto the housing ladder early remains essential for lasting economic and social stability. Restricting home ownership to Irish citizens rather than opening it to a vast global population stands as the necessary regulatory step. I recently submitted a motion inside Fingal County Council asking that all housing in the state be reserved for Irish people only, it never even made it to the floor for debate. As well as home ownership being the ideal, there should be a safety net of social housing available solely to native Irish people. Sustainable welfare systems demand high levels of national solidarity something that weakens when the system stretches to serve ever larger numbers of non natives. Irelands housing, land and future must serve the Irish people and the Irish people alone. The National Party will deliver a government that will do just that.

The more damage to Irish society that the Irish Government [Fine Gael & Fianna Fáil] does to Ireland, the more they call for authoritarian behaviour and the cancellation of free speech and debate. Everything these politicians do now is linked to making Ireland a more authoritarian state and to removing our speech and freedoms. Meanwhile, Irish demographics have collapsed. The housing crisis is the worst in the history of the Irish State. It has become incredibly difficult to find places to rent and buy. The immigration crisis is now a complete open-border crisis. Violent crime by migrants is up. They are just not listening to Irish people anymore and are treating us as the problem. There are not enough prisons, hospitals, power stations, or other critical infrastructure. The Irish indigenous economy is weak. SOKOTO–BADAGRY SUPER HIGHWAY: TURNING A DECADES-OLD VISION INTO REALITY For decades, the idea of a major highway linking Nigeria’s North-West to the South-West remained largely a vision. Today, that vision is taking physical shape. The 1,068-kilometre Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway is one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects being pursued by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration under the Renewed Hope Agenda. The significance of this project goes far beyond the construction of another road. It is about connecting markets, opening up agricultural communities, strengthening regional trade, improving mobility and creating a strategic economic corridor between the North and the South. The highway will run from Illela in Sokoto State, near the Niger Republic border, through Kebbi, Niger, Kwara and Oyo States, before reaching Badagry in Lagos. And the work is already visible. In Kebbi State, which hosts the longest stretch of the project at approximately 258 kilometres, construction is progressing with concrete pavement, earthworks, drainage and other major engineering works. As of May 2026, 19 kilometres of concrete pavement had been completed, while Sections 2A and 2B had reached approximately 40% and 16% completion respectively. In Sokoto State, work is also progressing on a 120-kilometre section from Illela, forming the northern end of this strategic corridor. What makes the project particularly significant is its design. The Federal Government says the corridor incorporates concrete pavement technology, CCTV surveillance and street lighting, with the aim of delivering a road that is not only durable, but safer and more economically transformative. For the North-West, the potential impact is enormous. Agricultural products such as rice, tomatoes and onions can move more efficiently to markets. Farmers can gain easier access to equipment and commercial centres. Traders can move goods across regions with greater speed, while communities along the corridor can become more connected to wider economic opportunities. There is also a wider agricultural dimension. Government officials have linked the corridor to irrigation infrastructure and dams that can support year-round farming and food production, strengthening the economic potential of communities along the route. This is why the Sokoto–Badagry project matters. President Tinubu did not simply inherit a road project and leave it on paper. His administration reviewed the design and masterplan, made adjustments, awarded contracts and moved the project into active construction. Digital Hubs to Digital IDs! - and absolutely no "people border" in the Irish Sea! I was in Omagh today at the opening of the new Digital-Hub. Great initiative from Omagh Enterprise and funded by a collaboration of UK Levelling-Up funding, Communities department and private sector. Fantastic achievement and much more to come. I got asked some questions by ITV on Digital IDs - the DUP is completely opposed to the concept. Serious issues of further encroachment on privacy issues, but also we simply do not believe it will work. It isn't going to solve the issue the Prime Minister claims it will. Yes, the Labour Government MUST get a grip on immigration, but this isn't the way to achieve that. Importantly, there must not just be a carve out for NI creating a people border in the Irish Sea. In my view, the arguments about implications for Belfast (Good Friday) Agreement are an absolute nonsense. The proposal is bad on its own merits. But what we are calling on is that the Prime Minister drops the proposal for the entire of the UK. We cannot have the emergence of a "people border" between us and the rest of the UK. The popular riverside amenity extends 1.8km from Centre Park Road to Blackrock Village, a six-meter-wide pedestrian & cycle corridor with adjoining plazas, riverside balconies, new seating areas, environmentally sensitive public & feature lighting and many other features. The works carried out on the project include: ➡️Provision of new pedestrian and cycle access points from the Marina Promenade to the adjacent Marina Park including Atlantic Pond and the Cork City to Passage West Greenway. ➡️Protection and retention of the iconic formal tree planting along the route and restoration of the old stone walls. ➡️Protection and enhancement of the natural heritage, green space and biodiversity of the area including the provision of swales and related planting. ➡️ Provision of a new access road serving the rowing clubs, Pairc Ui Chaoimh/Atlantic Pond. The contractors Ward & Burke will continue to work on the adjoining Marina Park Project into 2025. We are excited to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Global Gases Group, led by Mr. Deepak Mehta, to establish gas plants for the production of liquefied medical oxygen in Nigeria. This collaboration aims to ensure a steady and reliable supply of high-quality medical oxygen across the country. This partnership is a game changer for Nigeria and the subregion and directly aligns with the Nigeria Health Sector Renewal Investment Initiative (#NHSRII) and the President’s Bola Ahmed Tinubu Government of Nigeria Executive Order to unlock the healthcare value chain. The planned facilities, each capable of producing 100 tons per day, will be strategically located in 3 urban clusters located in North and South of Nigeria in the first phase. This will ensure that medical oxygen is accessible to a broader population, meeting both current and future demands. The MoU outlines several key commitments from both parties. Global Gases Group (GGG) will complete feasibility studies and business case development, invest in technology, gas storage and distribution infrastructure, and provide necessary training and development for the project. Utilizing cryogenic air separation technology, these plants will offer a sustainable, affordable, accessible, and scalable (SAAS) solution for medical-grade oxygen production. This technology provides higher purity levels (>99.5%) and reliability compared to traditional methods. The project will also lay the groundwork for a more resilient and responsive healthcare system capable of withstanding future challenges such as pandemics. Importantly, it will contribute to local skill development and job creation. Reflecting on the #Covid_19 pandemic, many Nigerians and CEDEAO_ECOWAS citizens suffered due to severe oxygen shortages. This partnership is a game changer for Nigeria and the subregion and directly aligns with the Nigeria Health Sector Renewal Investment Initiative (#NHSRII) and the President’s Bola Ahmed Tinubu Government of Nigeria Executive Order to unlock the healthcare value chain. The planned facilities, each capable of producing 100 tons per day, will be strategically located in 3 urban clusters located in North and South of Nigeria in the first phase. This will ensure that medical oxygen is accessible to a broader population, meeting both current and future demands. The MoU outlines several key commitments from both parties. Global Gases Group (GGG) will complete feasibility studies and business case development, invest in technology, gas storage and distribution infrastructure, and provide necessary training and development for the project. Utilizing cryogenic air separation technology, these plants will offer a sustainable, affordable, accessible, and scalable (SAAS) solution for medical-grade oxygen production. This technology provides higher purity levels (>99.5%) and reliability compared to traditional methods. The project will also lay the groundwork for a more resilient and responsive healthcare system capable of withstanding future challenges such as pandemics. Importantly, it will contribute to local skill development and job creation. Reflecting on the #Covid_19 pandemic, many Nigerians and CEDEAO_ECOWAS citizens suffered due to severe oxygen shortages. 🚨Upcoming Villas near Shankarpally From a reputed builder : Think Twice Before Submitting an EOI I see some Channel Partners are inviting EOIs for the upcoming villa project in Chandippa Village near Shankarpally from a reputed builder. Location: I visited the site a few days ago. While it is close to Shankarpally town, it is actually located within Chandippa Village. The village is separated from the town by a railway line and a river, with only a bridge on Chevella Road providing access. I don't expect Shankarpally's growth to expand towards this side anytime soon. A quick look at Google Maps also shows very limited development around the area. As seen in Google Maps and the videos I shared, the approach road to the site passes right through the village, and the project is literally attached to the village. In my view, this limits its appeal and appreciation potential. At the current EOI price of around ₹7,999/sft and an expected launch price of ₹9,000/sft, I personally don't think it offers good value and given the current access and location, I don't think it will appreciate further too. Also, the land is currently in a Conservation Zone and will require conversion approvals before obtaining HMDA and RERA permissions(HMDA Zone map attached) My suggestion: do thorough due diligence before investing. Visit the site personally and verify the points I have mentioned before making a decision

Today in Edo Central, Practical Governance was on full display. I began the day inspecting progress at the site of the Edo State College of Nursing, Health Sciences and Technology in Udomi—a visionary project signed just last month. I am pleased to report that work has commenced in earnest, and we are on course for its timely completion and commissioning. This institution will play a vital role in strengthening our healthcare and human capital development agenda. From there, I proceeded to inspect the newly completed 2.5MVA injection sub-station in Udomi, Esan Central LGA—an electrification project that fulfills a major campaign promise. With this infrastructure, over six communities including Udomi I, Ujabhole I, Unogbo, Idimoghodor, Ibhioloulu, and Afuda will enjoy reliable power supply for the first time in decades. This is more than electricity; it's a spark of hope and economic empowerment for thousands. I wrapped up the day assessing remedial works on the Benin-Ekpoma Road, a critical route for commerce and movement across our state. Easing the burden of traffic on this corridor is essential, and we are making real progress. Ireland's housing system is in a state of disrepair, primarily due to ineffective Government policies. My graphic illustrates the large number of vacant and derelict properties in Dublin City. It also shows the 4,666 entire houses or apartments currently listed for short-term letting on the Airbnb platform, with a total of 18,649 across Ireland. According to the Department of Housing, 9,671 adults and a record 4,170 children found themselves in emergency accommodation last month. The Government failed to meet its social and affordable housing targets by 2,680 homes last year and significantly underestimated the number of houses needed to be built annually by 17,000. It's widely accepted that Ireland requires up to 50,000 additional houses each year; however, the government's "Housing for All" plan only aims to build an average of 33,000. The 2022 Census shows that the country has 166,752 vacant homes and 66,135 empty holiday homes. Interestingly, nearly a third of these vacant homes (48,387) have been unoccupied long-term since 2016. Predictably, rent has doubled over the past 13 years and house prices have surged by 55%, marking the fastest growth in any major EU economy. Currently, Vulture funds own 1 in 6 mortgages in the Irish housing market, while Cuckoo funds and the State purchase 42% of new homes. This situation has led to a record number of first-time buyers competing for the smallest supply of housing stock in over a decade. Nationally, just over 11,000 homes are available for purchase, a stark contrast to 2012 when 60,000 homes were on the market. To add to the crisis, the income needed to buy a new home in Dublin is €127,000, which surpasses even a TD's basic salary of €108,987.
