#HuntTexasFlood Most of my childhood has been washed away. This video does not even capture how devastating this event was. Our family ranch gates sit 30 feet above the road (you turn and go up to the gate) and the road is even 25 feet above the river level and IT ALL WENT UNDERWATER and came into the front fields. This neighbors fencing is like most PIPE and setting 4 feet into the ground. Towards the river side (the direct of travel in the video) it was all ripped out.

This is my latest add in pursuit of back health (I severely herniated L5-S1 last year). It’s called a reverse hyper machine and it does 2 things at once: 1) Decompresses the spine 2) Strengthens the entire posterior chain It doesn’t take much weight to really feel it. The reverse hyper is great for warming up and cooling down from other back exercises. I bought the Titan H-PND, which is well built but less expensive than the bougie Rogue machine. Here’s my current back routine—I’m planning to shoot a video soon. I love to hear feedback and tips from fellow back pain sufferers (who have recovered). Note that I use LIGHT weight on all the weighted movements. I’m not trying to set PRs, I’m just trying to make my back bulletproof. Plank (3 x 90 sec, split as 30/30/30 side/front/side) Bird dogs (3x20 sec each side) Reverse hyper (2-3 x 12) Jefferson curls (2 x 10) Sumo Romanian deadlift (2 x 10) Bulgarian split squats (2 x 10 each leg)

Because of President Trump's "Big Beautiful Bill", *every single American* is either at risk of losing their health insurance or paying more for their private insurance. You don’t need to take my word for it — the notices on increasing rates for private insurance will go out this fall. So as we get back to DC in another week, there are three things that would make an important difference: reversing the Medicaid for our hospitals, reversing the *significant* increases in cost to the 44 million on ACA, and restore medical research dollars, so we have the chance of finding the next miracle drug for cancer and so many other deadly diseases.
